Staff was awesome.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly staff member, who checked me in very quickly. The hotel lobby smelled clean. The room was very spacious but unfortunately the toilet did not flush and it took maintenance a while to come fix it after I called twice. The room phone didn’t work, it was actually unplugged and when I tried to connect the cord, it wouldn’t go in so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. There were stains on the couch. Also, there were tile stains in the shower. On the other side, the hotel is in the perfect location; very close to the mall and other shops and restaurants.

The hotel looked tired. Breakfast was not great. There was very little selection . The hotel was just ok. My room was spacious. Bathroom was so close quarters that it was hard to turn around and close the door. We were placed the elevators. The hotel was quiet, but the elevator noise was loud.

The stay was nice and comfortable

The accommodations were very good. The breakfast was excellent & personnel there were great. Location was good. The desk personnel checking in that evening were good; but, the check out personnel were curt bordering on ruse. When asked for a copy of the checkout bill i was told they did not have a printer & could not provide that. I paid them directly there but no receipt was given. Upon further inquiry they said I booked through a 3rd party service & would have to get one from them. Upon requesting it from them I was told that since I paid at the hotel I would have to get one from the hotel but they offered to contact the hotel on my behalf to secure a detailed receipt. After an extremely long hold on the phone their rep responded he had to get the info from the general mgr but had done so & would provide the breakdown receipt for me but also the hotel would send me one to my email address. The booking agents were professional & went above & beyond to help. The hotel did NOT. I do not underdtand how a Hyatt branded hotel can act like this nor how they do not have a printer to provide this vital information. This put a negative damper on what otherwise was a good place to stay. They need to improve & correct this ASAP.
