It was just a quick overnight on our way to florida.

Check in was ok however i was charged an additional $20 for incidentals. I asked what that was gor and was told 'like smoking in the room.' We dont smoke! Nothing else was nited. I was told everyone is charged $20 extra for incidentals. I was very annoyed by this.. The total was not what you advertised. Not sure that we will stay here again.

Our bed was clean, but this property is really beat up. It is currently under renovation, but it seems like a quick cover-up. Our bathroom shower head was new but fell off when the shower was turned on. The worst part was a rude check-in. They had oversold our room and said they had called earlier in the day to tell us. We were never called. I had prepaid the room and the lady acted like we should try somewhere else, but since it was 10pm, I said we could do a different room—not what we paid for—to which she did find. It was annoying that we took the time to make a reservation, paid for what we needed and ended up with something we didn’t want with our youngest daughter needing to sleep on the floor. The two ladies at check in acted like they were doing us a huge favor. This one was a double thumbs down.

There were several families staying with you for a funeral. The Inn was comfortable, coinvent, and clean. Brooke who checked us in made everything easy..

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the room and furnishings were dated to say the least the tv was an old phillips tv, there were no cups or glasses and I could see the light from the hallway shining through the door! This reminded me of an old motel 6 NOT a Hampton Inn....the rates are very high and undeserving of this property. The staff were fine but I cant recommend

The room was great. The location was suitable for dining however, I did not appreciate the $75 charge for a pet. I don’t think that is what you call pet friendly as their ad states it is three times or more expensive than the other motel that I have had my dog in. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn.

The place was so outdated and dirty. The TV was so old it took literally five minutes to turn on. Everything was dusty and dirty. The lady at the front desk was kind. She said they are attempting to renovate.

The only thing we liked about this property was the location, but that is not enough to make us return to this particular property. The room was not clean. Desk clerk gave me makeup wipes and a roll.of paper towels so I could clean off the sticky spill all over the nightstand. Hair was all on the shower walls and floor had nit been vacumned. We wore our shoes, needless to say. We were awakened at 8am after a concert night by blaring music coming from housekeeping in the hallway for 30 minutes. She just glared at me and kept dancing in her bare feet while "cleaning" in the room next door when I went out and asked her to turn the music down. The tv remote did not work, so no tv... The refrigerator was not cooling, therefore our leftovers had to be thrown out. Coffee at the coffee bar was not hot. We travel 10 to 12 times a year and stay in many places. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review of a property but something needs to be done here!

we had noisy people in unit above us and called front deck at 11:30 - not sure if they did anything as the room above continued to be extremely noisy till 12:45 - we are not happy

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever witnessed. I chose Hampton Inn & Suites even though it was more expensive than other options in this area because I wanted to ensure my family would have a great experience and it was anything but great. When we arrived there was NO PARKING in the lot and the desk clerk identified a spot to park right next to a dumpster and not in a designated stall. My family had just driven 12 hours at that time and we had an entire week's worth of supplies in the back of my truck that I was worried about all night long considering the ridiculous parking location I was forced to occupy. Our room had NO TELEPHONE so complaints to the front desk required me to constantly go back and forth, with the alternative offered being "use your cell phone". There was no materials for food options in the area, TV channels, or how to access WIFI. All of this required multiple trips to the front desk and the only response I received was always "I apologize." I apologize but I paid FULL PRICE for two rooms and was completely taken advantage of because we had no other options. The hotel offered nothing other than empty apologies. I will NEVER stay in a Hampton Inn & Suites or any other related chain hotel and will share the same with anyone/everyone I know. Terrible, terrible, experience.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. We had a great room on the first floor. Parking is difficult later in the day. There are several reserved spaces for customers but there is one part of the parking lot filled with construction supplies and debris.

I like to stay in Handicapped room with my family and it is very roomy. Staff very nice. Love the front desk guy.

The property was a convenient little stop off of I-65 on our way to Florida. It was clean and close to a few restaurants. We took our small Bichons with us and it was pet friendly.

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. There was a sign that said “be back in a few minutes”.
We waited about 15 min in the lobby after an exhausting drive.

The gentleman that checked me in in the afternoon was very kind and professional. A female desk worker in the early AM and morning vented to my girlfriend about how too many male patrons sexually harass her. I feel like this isn't appropriate and such complaints should be brought to a supervisor, not a guest. Another complaint is the quality of renovations. The work was poor quality and not what I'd expect from a Hilton product. Overall, the experience wasn't bad but did not meet my expectations for something in the Hilton Brand.
