It was like the start of a horror movie I had a reservation all be it I got there after midnight but they had a 24 hour front desk so they said. I had to wait for over an hour until someone was able to check me in. Through bullet proof glass which after an hour in this neighborhood I knew why. It was night of the living dead I could feel the stares from pulled back curtains accessing my worth not me personally but of what might be in my luggage even though I prepaid I could not stomach another night. Whoever checked me out in the morning said I would get refunded it has yet to happen.

The only plus was that the beds we’re comfortable. I was also happy that my car wasn’t taken during the night. The floor was so dirty that my socks were black on the bottom. The shower was in very bad shape. It tools 5 minutes to get hot water. There was no cold water flowing from the cold water faucet. I could not recommend staying here.

This motel is a not in a good area , but looks like they keep up with it .. at least the remodel side of it..

Room smelled like cigarettes, despite being non-smoking. There were plastic bags on the smoke detector and fire alarm. There were broken springs in the mattress

The room was clean, but the cleaning service only came once in 6 nights and they didn't change the towels. There were no amenities on the first day.
Breakfast is okay.
It is difficult to connect to the Internet.

this is the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. the room was stinking really bad, that i had to open the window but when i wanted to open the window there were homeless people walking at the back and no protection like net or cage or anything so i had to close the window.. paid $161 for this and could not use the bathroom, could not even brush my teeth or shower and i had to sleep with my winter coat on because the bed sheets and pillow cases were stinking some weitd smell and terribly stained. it was 44 degrees outside tried to open the heater and crazy sounds started coming from it and closed it. right on top of the bed they put those room scent automatic air fresheners that puffs every 10 mins but it is empty i assume but still makes the noise and startles you... there is white bench in front of the room on the parking lot and people smokes all kind of things there sitting and chatting loudly and all the smell comes to the room under the door and doubles the disaster... i had to leave at 6 am and sleep in my car for couple hours because i had important meetings.. i will stop booking with expedia also for putting these kind of weird places in their list.. we go with expedia brand we trust you and when i pay 161 dollars to a hotel i assume at least i can sleep well... shame on you expedia. this hotel should be $25 and NOT on your site.

Location was great. Walking up 2’flights of stairs was not easy for a senior.

Perfectly functional, inexpensive no-frills motel, reasonably comfortable for spending the night after a concert downtown. Only objectionable experience was a whiff or two of marijuana smoke passing a certain room and no real breakfast to speak of--only pre-packaged pastries and coffee/tea, which don't count in my book.Plenty of restaurants nearby, however, including a Mexican grill across the parking lot, and the neighborhood felt safe. Parking is somewhat tight, and although we lucked out, we understand the place's small lot fills up completely before it reaches capacity. Quiet enough, but we were in an end room on the third floor (all of five rooms up there).

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean they have done a great job updating a older hotel. Good price. Easy to get around with uber.

the so called pool is more of an oversized hot tub

They offer smoking rooms and as such it was very clean.
Only suggestion would be handheld showers in every bathroom.
We are both handicapped ,one with amputation and myself with double hip replacement , so hand held shower heads would really work.
Great location, and price for what we needed it for.

The property was in poor condition. It took 10 minutes for the water in my shower to get warm and the water in the basin never got warm.

Very close to downtown and the university but surrounding area very run down and in disrepair.
Felt like a motel not a hotel.

We booked a two night stay as we were in Tucson as my mother-in-law is in the hospital. We checked in on 04/01/2022. We were exhausted when we first checked in and the room had, cigarette Burns in the comforter and sheets, old food containers in the microwave from the previous occupants I am assuming, hair all over the toilet, and signs of bed bugs on the mattress, Hotels com asked us via email to rate the check-in and that if there were any problems they would forward it to management so we let them know about all these things. The next day we went to the hospital and when we came back to our room later that day we were locked out, I went to the front desk and let them know and the lady their stated of course you are locked out and that they would not let us back into our room unless we deleted the review about the condition of the room, I told them I would not do that and that I still had stuff in the room so they escorted us to the room to get our stuff, while there we showed them the mattress where there was evidence of bed bugs and the old food in the microwave, she stated she did not care. When I asked for refund at least stated if I needed to talk to hotels.com because that is where I booked through and that they could not authorize a refund, so I called them and told them what happened and they said they needed to check with the hotel staff which they did and they stated they would not authorize a refund. So I got scammed and hotels.com has not done anything about it.

Staff was very friendly! The bed was hard! The toilet definitely could have been much cleaner. Hot water in the shower had a small stream flowing when you used it. Extremely hot when you turned it off. Other then that it was alright! Need cash deposit for incidentals. Got it back when i checked out.

Room 221 had dripping shower that was very loud. I called down to get it fixed but after 20 mins I needed to leave to meet my son. It was never fixed.
Door was either miss fit or missing weather striping. The lack of a sealed door made it sound like people outside were in the room.

The front office is sparkling and rooms dirty, I was taking my flip flops to the shower.

The room was clean and no pests. It is an older motelThe bathroom needs to have some attention to mold and lime scale build up. There is no continental breakfast. It was adequate for what we needed. Staff was courteous.

There was no wifi during our stay, the soap in the bathroom was already opened and used which made me doubt if everything else was reused as also the hand towel was dirty. I requested for a towel but they didnt have any extra ones. The person in the front desk was very kind.

The manager was friendly. He apologized that there wasn’t any continental breakfast as the pictures had shown, for COVid restrictions. This was one of the factors why we chose this location. Also, the AC worked poorly making it a warm night. The pillows were uncomfortable.

I was lied to from the jump about them having bathtubs and then when I get there to take a shower the shower was broken. I've been without hot water for three weeks now and the only reason I booked this hotel was for a bath and/ or shower. The property refuses to give me a refund because I stayed but he told me he'd be by to fix it also.
