It was really nice, some rust was present on the metal in the bathtub and the carts for luggage were kind of difficult but overall a great cheap hotel. There is a 100$ deposit i wasnt informed of at booking however.

Had to wait for front desk person to check us in. Was disappointed in furniture, it's seen better days. Couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were soiled computer chairs. Bed was ok for sleep. Could have been cleaner. Waiting for them to give me back $100 deposit, lets see how long that takes.

Elevator certificate was 8 months expired. I only looked at certificate after it was shaking and making all kinds of rattling sounds. Shower leaked everywhere. Had to request a hair dryer and go pick it up at front desk. Breakfast was a coffee machine, oatmeal packet and a nutragrain bar. Very outdated property.

First room we were given 210 the TVs did not work and had holes in the door and dents in the wall. The 2nd room 161 had food in the microwave and the floor was sticky. We were finally given 322 which was cleaner and everything worked. We were there for a family emergency so we dealt with it.

The room was excessively stinky, smell of marijuana in the halls and when we arrived there is no bathroom in the lobby area, at least that was what the Front Desk employee told us.

This hotel as not terrible but definitely not great. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms had bugs (dead & alive. There were bedbugs on our bed (I got bit several times on my legs and I saw one walking on the white sheets). The hotel is very very run down and I think with pest control and some deep cleaning, it would be better. The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel itself needs to be kept up a lot more.

The room was filthy and stunk. You could smell pot in the hallways and we felt very unsafe. We checked in and 10 minutes later checked out , requested our money back and rented a safe , clean hotel. On a positive note, the front desk personnel was very professional and accommodating.

The door didn’t lock properly and a dog staying in the hotel barked loudly throughout the night. The chair in the kitchenette was dirty and wet. First floor room window was unlocked and opened when I arrived.

I have to be honest. We were moving so we had a lot of things with us including perishable foods, clothing, etc. We had to move three times. First room had roaches and we didn't realize until we completely unpacked everything and put our food in the fridge and freezer. The second room the fold out bed which they knew we would be using was absolutely disgusting it had lollipop sticks and dirt and food all on it. Finally we get to the third room which had carpet a smaller TV a leaking sink. But at least this one didn't have any bugs that we could see and the fold-out bed was cleaner. They didn't have any sheets or blankets for the fold-up bed being that we had a child with us. I had to go back to the room before and grab the blankets off the bed so he could be able to have something to sleep with. The sink for the bathroom is very hard to use and very hard to shut off. On our fourth night there I saw one little roach. That's the only one I saw in this room. Make sure you can cook your own breakfast because you're only going to get muffins and coffee and if they have granola bars they'll put them out. After an 8-hour drive having to change rooms like that was so exhausting and overwhelming. and anyone moving knows you don't want to stay where there's roaches because you can bring them to your new home.

The hotel wouldn’t check me in. I drove to one extended stay and they said I was looking for a different extended stay. So I went to the one they said and the front desk Personell said the computer system was down and they could accomodate me that night. Therefore. I had to sleep in my car for the night. Never staying or booking an extended stay hotel again

The location is convenient. It is right by I4 and there are restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. The facility should be updated. The rooms are spacious, but it can look better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! As soon as you walk in, the smell of weed hits you. No one at the desk. A womam comes out and apologizes. She sends you to an elevator that looks condemned. Smells of urine, weeds, cigarettes, mildew, etc. Upon entertaining the room, you can smell the roaches, they are in the kitchen mostly, but saw one in the bedroom. The curtain was broken and hanging down in the living area. Pulled out the pull out couch and the mattress was stained yellow. No linens in the room, called down and was told we could come get them. My son went to shower and turned right around due to the rusted tub and the smell. Iended up opening the window and dealing with the humidity because we were coughing from the musty smells. It was so late and we needed to catch 5 hours of sleep. We laid in the beds and itched. The blankets were full of other people's hair. There were pubic hairs on the blankets and the lampshades. We went down to check out and there was a phone on the desk with a note to dial zero for assistance. The woman picked up and said to leave the keys at the desk.

Hotel forced us out after two days after making false accusations and we were of a reassured of a refund that we still have not gotten after multiple contacts, we are now literally homeless and broke the week of Thanksgiving. We desperately need our refund for Nov 10 thru Nov 14.

We had to kill multiple roaches throughout our stay. The bathtub was chipping away and the shower head sprayed in opposite directions. The shower curtain was too short so the floors would be soaked. The elevator was dirty and had an odd smell. When we booked, all the photos showed the renovated rooms with all hardwood floors & our room was not renovated and still had carpet that felt wet it was so dirty. We had a late flight and when we arrived it was about 1:55 am. The lobby was closed and I used the phone to call the attendant. She told me that it was too late, even though I looked at my phone and it was 1:57 am, because the system shuts down at 2:00 am. When I asked if I would be refunded for that day, she said no. But then her DoorDash order arrived and she had to come outside to get it so then she offered to try to check us in. Luckily it worked. They were repaving the parking lot the entire weekend and only one side of the entrance open, which caused a lot of confusion for our Uber drivers. We were there for three days and housekeeping did not come by one single time nor were we told we had to “turn in” our towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels

I reserved a suite for 5 people. That obviously means I will be using the pullout bed, they did not have sheet in the room. When I called the front desk to ask for some they told me they did not have any clean sheets available for me until the next day which was of no use to me since I was checking out the next day. So we had to pull the bed sheets apart to accommodate the person sleeping in the pullout bed. The blankets smelled bad. The bathroom had rust, the bathroom door looked like it was rotting at the bottom. We had a roach in the kitchen. IT WAS THE WORST!

Personnel was very pleasant, carpet need to be changed in the room and hall ways. Room was clean, but everything in it was old, needs to be updated. Also there were people by the front door drinking beer and hanging out in the pajamas. Made me feel very unconformable.
