Went to the Hollywood Casino for the Everclear concert, which was excellent. Stayed the night, the room was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

Desk workers were a bit rude. Beds were adequate pool was okay. The buffet with snow crab was delicious! And buffet workers and wait staff were very kind!

We had a little issue with the bathroom not being totally clean, they made it right. We had a fantastic time!

It was nice. Doing a remodel at the entrance. Air conditioner was so quite, didn’t know it was on. Some places are so noisy with the AC.

The hotel was dirty and stunk. The odor was so strong and nasty. The floors were gross. Elevator was dirty. When we got there, they charged us an incidental damage deposit fee which was not mentioned prior to booking. Will not ever stay here again nor will I recommend it.

The room very nice however the bed was not very comfortable. The casino had lots of fun games that we enjoyed.

Good value, clean comfortable room, lacking a fridge and microwave or coffee maker, had to got to casino bar to get coffee before 7. Lobby under remodel so long way from drop off to desk and elevators. No luggage cart available at desk for check out.

There is absolutely no customer service at this hotel. The coffee shop staff are unable to make a decent cup of coffee and do not apologize for this. Instead, they think it is funny to tell their customers to there is no half and half for their Starbucks coffee which was so strong and thick that I couldn’t drink it. They couldn’t make change for $100 bill. This is a casino! I couldn’t charge it to my room as I needed an ID? Most hotels verify by checking name to room number. They wouldn’t or couldn’t do that.
Also my bedsheets had an orange stain on them and I had to strip my bed late at night. This just isn’t a nice place to stay in Gulfport.

Some associate had a key and walked right into my room in the early morning hours and scared me to death!! Why, he had a access key is beyond me! I will not stay in the hotel ever again !! I was afraid for my life and safety

Some lady chugging a tall-boy on her way in the front door. A guy and his girlfriend got out of their car the the drop-off line and just left their car in the lane preventing all traffic from moving, people honking for him to come back and get his car. He didn't care. Killed a roach when we got in our room. Came back down stairs and the lobby looked like an under-budget rap video. We won't be coming back.

Everything has been very clean. We feel the best hotel that we stayed in was the Drury hotel. We were not happy about the hotels that had unknown pet fees. Some hotels didn’t charge for pets.

The area for beach going and the town of Bay St. Louis is nice. The Casino itself is seemingly sad and neglected. It needs a facelift.

Maggie, at the check in counter was Awesome. Answered the questions i presented to her.
There was construction going on replacing carpet and grouting tile but never slowed anyone down. They had it roped off in a very convenient way.
Awesome place and we will be back.

Hotel is undergoing some renovations. Rooms could use some updating, furniture is old and worn. Stingy with coffee packets. There is no refrigerator in the room, which was disappointing. There was only one bar open. Prices were not consistent, ranging $4.00 a glass of wine, and the next night $8.00 for the same glass. Parking is convenient, with plenty of space. Places to eat were limited.

Front desk staff were stoic - zero personality. The staff at Celebrity Grill were more concerned with getting employees their food than waiting on guests that were waiting to place and order.

Reasonable price for an exceptional facility. But, The buffet was $86. For 2 people & the seafood was overcooked & disappointing.
