Was in Broward County to conduct a qualitative research on business owners. My checking time was Thursday, April 11, 2024 at approximately 8:00pm. I was told that room service would be every other day. Unfortunately, the housekeepers missed the entire second floor that I was staying. Other guests were at the front desk complaining, that's when I realized that other rooms were not cleaned. There was no internet service at the hotel so that my work could get done. There was no manager to speak to about the situation. This tells that this property is desperately in need of leadership. The organizational leadership should immediately inspect this property. some of the linen are old and dingy, the coffee was not hot, and the carpeting in the common areas need vacuuming.

I was overall pretty happy with the stay. The one major thing I did not like though, was how easily we could hear the room above us each night so clearly. (we stayed in room 202, so whatever room was directly or closely above) It was like we heard them moving furniture or dancing or just up partying all night each of the 3 nights and I am guessing the floor/walls are just very thin in this hotel.

The hotel looks like new. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Water dispenser in the lobby was very helpful. We did not need to buy bottled water. By the way, at reception you can get bottled water and little snacks for free.

This was a usual stop for me, even under construction I expected at least a quality hotel. Biggest issue was there was no water pressure. Making a shower about impossible. And it was either cold or extremely hot water. Felt like I hade to wait for another room to stop showering etc. to have water and consistent temperature. Checking in I was able to use the restroom while the attendee handled another customer. But when I returned he stayed on his phone for a few minutes while I stood there. Food one morning was ok but stale sausage. Next day I didn't eat because the eggs looked like they still had un mixed powder.

This property overall is about 2.5 to 3.0 stars. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was construction going on inside the hotel when we checked in after 6:30, it was very noisy until around 8pm. This property could use some attention to details; dirty hallways (carpet and floor boards); Office chair arm rest was broken, toilet seat was loose; toilet tank was leaking water and running; presentation of breakfast and dining area could use some attention (better organization and cleaning). My stay was disappointing, expected the place to be better kept, hope this helps the hotel and visitors to this hotel.

The room smelled like an ashtray. The view is literally a wall, and the bathroom walls are disgusting. I stay at Hampton Inn's often and this is by far the worst.

The hotel itself is not well kept. Room was clean but just the property seems run down. 1st night our room had a broken toliet flusher and the maintenance crew left early (at 8pm) so no one could fix it. So we had to move rooms at midnight. Just seemed very inconvenient and nothing was really done to make it better aside of them changing our room

We arrived hours before check in and our room was available for us. The staff was extremely nice and helpful...we had trouble with the a/c unit and in less than 5 minutes someone came to our room and serviced it. The bathroom wasn't as clean as i would have liked and definitely needs to be updated.

Good breakfast. OK room. Shower plug would not let shower drain. Staff helpful and smiley. I arrived after midnight due to late plane. They had canceled my reservation but I had to pay anyway. Then I had to make a new reservation and pay again. I would not stay at another Hampton Inn. Their system is not fair.

Made a reservation thru Travelocity and paid in advance. Get to the hotel at 2 am after flight delay and the clerk could not get the computer to work to check me in and give me a room card key. No attempt to call anyone. No acknowledgement that I had a child with me. Had to go look for another hotel on my own because of the time Other hotels would not accept travelocity reservations.

My room had stained carpet. The bathroom shower has black mildew/mold. Staff at check-in was rude, acted like my beingvthere was an inconvenience for her. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean but dark and quite dated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating except for one person. The free breakfast was adequate. The location was near the expressway, but very easy to miss because there were no visible signage and it sits back off the road behind office buildings. I didn't feel safe because our room was on the first floor at the end of the hall. The door for the side entrance which was right outside of our room, was broken therefore anyone could walk in at anytime, day or night. One lady at the front desk told me that it was supposed to be that way so that the guest could have access because the keycard reader was broken. She couldn't understand my concern stating that ANYONE could walk through that door (just) like anyone could walk through the front door. At night, the front entrance is locked and you need a keycard to enter. This door was never locked and she showed no concern whatsoever. I dont think I would stay here again. (This website would not allow me to upload photos)

For a one night business trip, this was much nicer than expected. Very clean, great staff, good area. Room was nice and clean. Very clean bathroom. Pool area was also very well cared for. Enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee. Its a shame that it was just for one night. I should have booked a second night.
