Pretty decent motel, very clean room, comfy bed, good water pressure, quiet at night. Nice gasebo outside. All amenities functioned properly, but the outlet at the desk did not work so we used another one. We did not go to breakfast so i cannot say anything about it. You can walk to Walmart next door. Close to the gas station and couple eateries. I recommend this place.

Nice, clean, quiet room. That being said, when I sat at the desk to use my laptop, the light that I was plugged into was on a timer, as was the outlet on the wall. I searched and finally found a power strip mounted on the underside the desk. I had to crawl on the floor to be able to plug in my laptop. I am a 62 year old man with artificial knees, so getting down on the floor and back up was hard and painful. Very bad idea to put that there. Other than that I had a nice stay.

I did not stay there due to bugs. The man working the front desk was rude and hung up on me three different times. I paid the full amount and did not even stay there and they refused to refund any money.

Property was dirty. Breakfast was included in the price but there was no way I was going to eat there. There was no heat in the room; only cold air blew out of the unit.

The stay was fine, the breakfast was fully carbohydrate as may often be expected. No eggs or cream cheese or peanut butter. Coffee was marginal. Mainly I am reporting that the desk clerk is tasked with the unpleasant work of explaining the poor communication on Hotels.com about their damage deposit policy. It is an ok policy which needs to be highlighted upon making the reservation. I paid by paypal but they state that their might be a hold on the deposit if you use a debit card for up to 7 days which is excessive. The staff are pleasant though!

It was very good. Not plus but clean, quiet, had breakfast ( my husband was hoping for biscuits and gravy). It was comfortable for sleeping. I’d stay again.

If you are looking for glitz and glamour this isn't the property for you. But if you are on a budget like we were and want a decent, straight forward place to rest your head with a great location right next to Walmart and just about anything else you could need nearby then this place is a very good option. It's a no frills place but the continental breakfast is decent. The only complaint was someone slamming their door at 3am the first night. We stayed there three nights for an event in Indy and will stay there again next year. Safe, clean, friendly staff. Perfect for those on a budget. Just not fancy.

Staff was great, room was comfortable but the guests in the adjoining room were VERY noisy. There is a gap under the adjoining door which probably added to the lack of sound proofing.

Rooms seems to be clean but it is small and tight. It is like 15 minutes from Lucas oil and the monument circle. The area is very convenient,walmart is within walking distance. Fast food a block away. I did not like when I have to wait 30 minutes before check in time at 3pm. I have been to many hotels and all there is no problem with checking in an hour or 2 early or even 3 hours early. Breakfast is not bad at all ,pancake,yougurt, banana,boiled eggs, mini muffins.

Perfect for travel on a budget! We were in town for a convention and were impressed by how convenient this location was. There is a Walmart right next door along with several restaurants, and it was only seven minutes away from the parking for the convention. The hotel itself does what it says on the tin: it's clear that they try to keep costs low so they can pass savings onto the customer, but it still felt safe, clean, and comfortable. The only complaint some in our group had was that the water pressure in the shower was low if they happened to shower at the same time as a lot of other guests. I got up twenty minutes before they did and didn't have that problem, though. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

No elevator ,no one to help with luggage .Mandatory 100 dollar deposit with lots of warnings ,including a list in your room ,of how much it will cost for various items if stolen . Asked for double room a d was given a single room with one bed . Did not feel safe or welcome especially with bullet proof plexiglas at front desk .

For Breakfast other then the pancake machine which was good, at 7:00 in the morning the juice machines was empty for Apple juice and the Orange juice tasted old. Someone from the Hotel looked at it, made a noise "hmmm" noise and walked away, never doing anything.
