They let gas cars park in their E.V parking spots. their rooms were dirty and have ants

It was a newer nice hotel. Room was spacious, bed was good and breakfast was nice.

Service was great. Room was confortable and clean minus Ironing board looked like previously used as grilled cheese board (including melted cheese) .

Nice motel, not one thing about the motel, the room it the service was unsatisfactory.
The breakfast left a bit but to be desired.

They accept guess with pets but they can't keep the room clean for those who doesn't have pets. My towel pick up lots of dog or cat hair when i picked it up from the floor.

The staff were nice, part of its under construction so only one entrance which is nice in the safe aspect. Not so great with the elevator wait times for many i heard complain. Room was nice but the climate control in the room wasnt very accurate and either got too warm or too cool and got very humid after a shower. I was happy with our stay until alot of ants crawled all over me while sitting in the lounge chair before bed. I flipped on the lights and sugar ants were everywhere!

Great hotel in a good area with plenty of parking and a great gym! But our room smelled like perfume over cigarette smoke and staff was hit and miss, really nice evening worker when I checked in but a couple other times I needed things from the desk and no one was round for 10 minutes, I finally had to give up waiting without being helped.

Staff was really friendly, and room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The kids had fun in the pool several times. Wish the workout room was more secluded. A little to “public” for working out in.

The check-in was quick and the young lady was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A good, hot breakfast was supplied, a great start to the day. One note, I've never seen a suite with two TVs, one on either side of the partition, about 11' apart. We didn't use both but it was unique. I'm sure we'll be back again.

The girl at the front desk was honestly so sweet. I made a mistake and booked a room with a king bed instead of a queen and they were full so we had to make do but you would think that she was the one who messed up. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

Place says it was pet friendly but they’re only dog friendly. Big difference in pet friendly and only dog friendly.

Staff was so friendly and responsive and helpful!!! Hotel room was excellent, quiet and very Clean!! Area/neighborhood was safe. Breakfast/ coffee was great !!!

We had everything we needed. Included breakfast was amazing & my kids loved the waffle maker. I even hit the indoor pool on my last night. Pool was heated & room felt warm while having a view of snow outside. The room service was on point. Always came back to a clean room.

The room itself seemed ok but upon going to inside the bathroom in the morning I discovered a bunch of ants crawling on the floors and all around the border of the bathroom and coming from under the walls somewhere. No way to tell if they were crawling in the room on the carpet area. I reported it to the front desk. They were also not willing to work with a refund for another reservation at alter date that needed to be canceled. Will not be using this hotel for future business trips to Salem.

The staff was incredible! They were very attentive, kind, and super friendly! They made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed chatting with them every time I came down to the lobby. This hotel offers breakfast and let me just say the dining area was very clean and the food was prepared very nicely. I enjoyed the waffle making station the most 😋 My room was very clean and I was surprised with how big the room was! Super Spacey, and cozy! I would definitely come stay here again, and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family of mine. It was also in a very great area. I felt very safe walking around outside by myself.

Brandy had a lot on her plate being the only front desk staff at the time of my check-in. But she was courteous and professional. I enjoyed my short interaction with her. She deserves a bonus

Very convenient for I5 in ice storm. Clean and quiet rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub, fitness rooms. Very large rooms so good for 2 plus dog. Great breakfast.
Only negative was lack of wifi in bedroom, fine in lobby and if you stood outside bedroom door, not very handy. Staff seem aware of problem and supposed to be getting fixed.

A solid, standard hotel. I've stayed here a few times when visiting. Will likely continue. Occasionally, the room hasn't been ready on time, but the staff is really good about it. It's usually quiet, unless a bunch of children are staying there.

Older property with noisy ac, no coffee at the time of stay, no internet which is no big deal however very clean!

Sink in room 224 did not have hot water. Maintenance said they couldn't do anything about it and they weren't able to move us to a different room. Very accommodating.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and best of all they had an EV charger which was the reason we booked here. They should expand to more chargers but otherwise we lucked out!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and had a similar experience. The rooms were clean enough, but the carpet in common areas looks dirty. The hotel is a little bit too pet friendly. If you're rather not share your accommodations with animals, this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast is pretty good though.

We had to change the room. I had found bugs in the room. The staff was kind and changed and upgraded our room.

We were put right by the door leading to outside where everyone smokes so i got terrible sleep because of the door slamming, because its a heavy door, what seemed like every 5 minutes. There was a hair in the shower and hair in my pancake mix. There was no remote in the room for the tv and i had to ask for one.

This was a great choice, with helpful staff, good coffee, clean and comfortable room and decent breakfast. The only drawback was I was next to the back door, so got to hear it slam all night long. That probably only affects a few people at the end of the hall, so overall it is a good choice.
