The curtains didn’t close so there was light all night. They ran out of juice before breakfast was over. They weren’t very user friendly. House keeping and their supplies took priority over customers waiting for the elevator at 8:15ish in the morning.

This is our second time here and as usual the rooms are always clean. My on issues this time around is the the bedding had two small cigarette burn holes in them and the hot tub coating was peeling badly.

So when I got there, it was nice and peaceful. The lady at the desk told us the tvs were not working, which should’ve been a red flagged but I continued my stay there. After going up, the door to our room made a noise every time it opened and closed and the curtains were broken so we could not close them. Overall, this hotel needs some work, as things were broken, breakfast was eh at best. Personally, I wouldn’t come back here even if it is cheap.

Clean enough, quiet, and relatively comfortable. The beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the place could use a facelift. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was fine for the price and met my needs!

Handling of our reservation was unprofessional. It took 75 minutes to check in because what we reserved they said was unavailable. We requested a refund, called Expedia and then they made what we reserved available. The hotel has poor business practices, they were very unknowledgeable of how to handle issues, and to a degree were dishonest. For days they had no television service. They had no sign to tell customers but waited until they got into their rooms for them to find out. Further, we had a 12 noon check out due to the earlier inconvenience, and at 11:10 am, someone overrides the lock and enters the room. Our phone, which did not work to call out, worked to call in, asking when we are leaving. Again, a very unprofessional site and we challenge you Expedia to better vet the sites you offer on your site. We have had numerous bad experiences recently and we now see you as the common denominator. This location had a 9.0 rating, where the rating should be more of a 2-3.

The room was very small, but that is what one expects in New York. The bathroom had no heat source. We had closed the door to keep the light out, so in the morning it was like ice. The wall-to-wall windows were magnificent. Staff were very helpful.

Upon seeing the building driving up, I thought it’s a nice building. Upon pulling in, the driveway was full of slush and ice, as well as the parking area. I got the suite with jacuzzi tub and only 2 out of the 6 jets worked. Their was hair in the tub (jacuzzi tub). Breakfast was not what I expected. A waffle and unflavored cereal is a shame but…… Overall, it was an ok stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but the staff was friendly so there’s that.

Receptionist (male) at night was not very friendly at all. Had a bad attitude. Room- air conditioner made a loud noise all night and was really dirty. Bathroom lock was broken. Could not lock the door. Sheets smelled dirty. Overall a terrible experience.

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because of convenience. It's in close proximity to a lot of what you come to NY for, and is surrounded by some pretty good places to eat. Front desk sits behind bulletproof glass and acts as if you're bothering them. The room and hotel overall is clean and the cleaning staff are nice ppl, BUT you'll know it's clean because of the overuse of Fabuloso. Dated hotel overall, could use renovations. Not the easiest place to enter or exit with a car, but parking lot was safe enough.

Close to NYC for a quick stay, however the property is very dated and rooms smelled very musty. Furniture is old and needs to be changed. Staff were ok, but not I wouldn’t consider them to be friendly or to make one feel welcomed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel area seems to be unsafe, the front desk is behind a protecting glass and they are talking to you through a mic. Rooms are dirty and old. I wonder when was the last time it was renovated. Bathroom supplies are few . Towels are very old.. Breakfast is terrible. nothing hot to serve only a few bakeries and bagels and coffee and some juice.

Hotel was in a terrible area. It It was difficult to sleep with people screaming in the hallways and stomping up above. The ice machine was broken, the vending machine only worked half of the time. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6:30-9:30. If you get there after 8, all they will have is bread and coffee. No waffles, muffins, juice, bagels, fruit, milk. Nothing. I asked the lady running the breakfast and she said they just run out after the first hour. It was not worth the money. beside a busy highway.

We checked in late at night. We all (5 of us)wanted to shower that night. Plus when we wake up in the morning we all obviously wash our faces with wash cloths. The person at the front desk refused to give us extra towels or wash cloths. He gave us 1 extra towel & wash cloth. The room smelled so incredibly strong of a disgusting cleaner like fabuloso or something. It was stuck in the bed. I smelled that in my bed all night so bad I got a migraine. The mattresses are so unbelievably uncomfortable I would have rather slept on rocks. I couldn’t even sleep. The bathroom ceiling tiles was gross. & falling apart, especially around the fan. There was gunk stuck on the desk in the room. It was just gross feeling. The vending machines didn’t work. The hotel smelled like cleaner & smoke. Not many breakfast options. Basically bread & waffles. Hotel is just very outdated.

Hotel was mediocre keycards didn’t work half the time had to get new ones. Doors didn’t seem like they were going to stay shut . Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant easy to deal with.

We were locked out of our room that had all of our stuff inside and they were unable to open the door and told us maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day to fix so we had to sleep in a different room with out any of our things. Then they refused to comp the night and told us these things happen. Poor customer service on their part.

There was a rat in my room and girlfriend was scared of it and I went to the front desk I asked them if they could do something about it we had take car of the rat our self the staff were trying to down grade our room they weren’t even upgrading it or giving us the same room never again they are disgusting and bad service

I had a confirmed room through Expedia. We arrived at 12:30am after a long trip from California. Upon check-in, I was told we did not have a room. I showed the worker the confirmation email and he said they had nothing on their end. He told me to call Expedia and they would fix it. As I was on hold with Expedia, another person came and rented a room. Then Expedia called the hotel and I saw the clerk answer the phone and speak to them. Then Expedia called me back and told me that the hotel doesn't have any rooms available! I literally raised my voice to the worker that he rented the last room when he knew I had a confirmation for a room and I was on hold with Expedia. He didn't care at all. So now it's nearly 1am, I'm with my 2 children on the other side of the country with no place to sleep. Expedia found me another hotel an hour later.

Room had a very strong chemical smell, like cleaner. It was raining so the DirectTV wasn't working. Parking was easy and lots of food options nearby. Fine for one night, but would not have liked to stay for longer.

For the price and free parking the place was great. If you like carbs breakfast is ok. Cereal, toast, bagels, some bakery goods and good coffee.
