The young man that checked me in, was very pleasant and friendly. Told me who had the best chicken in the area. Took care of me in a timely fashion... Will return to this motel again. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and nice. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I loved the big mirror on the closet door. The breakfasts was hot fresh and really good. There were scrambled eggs, link sausage, potatoes, boiled eggs, 2 kind of pancake mix, and s choice of cereal, sliced breads, and an assortment of condiments and drinks

We enjoyed our night stay in our King double room. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and staff were pleasant. Overall, a nice night.

It was terrible, the lady that checked me in had a additude.. room was ok but that stand the TV was all messed up, the TV barely got channels. Pool was freezing cold and it was indoors also really small, The breakfast buffet was nothing special.

The property itself seems like it’s due for an update, but it was clean, quiet and secure. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the breakfast was pretty good (cheese omelets, bacon, potatoes, plain or chocolate waffles, as well as continental options). The pool was open later than most, and the breakfast and checkout times were also more generous than most. My kids liked that there was a jacuzzi, too, and not just a pool.

The room and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great and breakfast was the best on this 2 month trip. Staff was very pleasant and accomdating. I would definitely stay here again. I will look for Hamptons from now on.

The Hampton Inn was very wonderful Spacious rooms Luxurious bed and shower plentiful breakfast I would give it a 5 star but We were going to relax in hot tub / pool after dinner They had rented out pool area for birthday party was like 30+ people We got in hot tub for few minutes left It was so noisy /crowded they took up every table to have pizzas and cakes We booked this hotel so we could relax there in hot Tub / pool They should let you know ahead of time if they will rent out amenities area I may consider courtyard by Marriott or other hotel in future since this has never happened to us ever before in a hotel.

We are moving to Wichita Falls and are getting our place ready. We have stayed at other hotels before and thought let’s try our luck at this hotel. 1st let me say the staff is very nice. Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Area was safe and quite. We would stay here again.

Overall excellent! Just need to fix the street sign. Hotel was a little difficult to find because name wasn’t lit up. Luckily the Hampton Inn red outline was recognizable! Parking lot could use a little more lighting but it was nice to have a lot of parking in front of the lobby. Check in was fast. Fruity ice water & coffee was available in the lobby. An exercise room & indoor pool were available down the hall from the lobby. The room was pretty clean for a pet room (it didn’t smell bad)! No signs of bedbugs or roaches in our 1st floor room. Very nice room. We greatly appreciated the 1200 check out time for our trip coming from the Pacific time zone. Also the hot breakfast was very good with lots of protein & other options. We also greatly appreciated the late breakfast time til 1000!

Courteous staff. The hallway was stifling and hot but I guess I wasn't staying in hall. The room was standard and the air conditioner didn't stay on all night. I kept having to get up to turn it down. The pillows are flat. Just another reminder to bring my own.

Nice big parking area, so that was great with our truck and trailer. Pet friendly. Clean. My only complaint was that the elevator was out of service. We walked for dinner at Denny's. Overall, this was a good overnight stay.

The hotel was clean. We were moving our daughter from Colorado to Louisiana, so we had more than just suitcases in the car----plants, sewing machine in a box, etc. We were on the second floor and the elevator was broken, and my husband was unable to help load and unload. He was able with help to walk up to the second floor, and staff did help me get a carload of belongings up to the room, and did allow us to put plants in the staff lounge due to the high heat (they would have died in the car). However, in addition to the broken elevator, our television did not work properly, and the ice maker on our floor was broken. So, three amenities that are important after a 12 hour day traveling----elevator, tv/wifi, and ice---we broken. When I called the office about the tv, I was told, "Well, nobody else has complained," which I interpret is that she didn't believe me. She reset the wifi, but it still didn't work, so I took a video to show her what was happening, and her response at 830 pm was that we could move to a different room. That wasn't happening. And we had to walk down a long hallway and down the stairs (we're old and tired) to get ice. So, the hotel was clean, but other than that, it was very disappointing. I actually feel like I should get a refund of a voucher for another time.

The King size rooms only have Walk in showers. The site does say bath tub. Only double beds have bathrub rooms. Overall the stay was nice. The shower did not have water pressure. Very slow.
