We were so impressed at check-in. The hotel was bright and clean, and the young man at check-in was so friendly and polite. The room was nicely furnished and clean. However, we did not sleep well at all!! The noise was horrible!! We were in room 104 on the first floor, and there was some kind of clicking noise all night long. This was outside of our room, but sounded like some kind of door being opened and shut all night. This woke my husband up at 4am and then he couldn’t go back to sleep. Then at 7:30am, I was woken up by a man talking very loudly right outside our door. It sounded like he was giving some kind of instructions to the staff, and this went on until about 8am. My husband noticed there was a housekeeping office across the hall but near our room. I’m not sure if this is where the noise came from but it was awful. The hotel was nice but I’m not sure if we would stay here again due to the lack of sleep due to the noise level.

Stayed 1 night to break up our drive to North Carolina. Very clean. Staff was nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was actually very good. Definitely recommend.

It was pleasant. Friendly staff during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The complementary breakfast was better than most other hotels I’ve stayed at. I would stay again for sure.

Clean room, comfortable bed, felt safe. Good air conditioning. Had to leave a day early but no refund as there was a special rule in place which we were not made aware of until too late. College Football weekend!!

Hotel is clean and modern. Beds and pillows are AAA super comfortable and fresh. My granddaughter called it a princess bed it was so comfortable. Breakfast food was hot every morning and delicious. Mrs. Kylie was so kind and friendly @ breakfast. I would have appreciated them making our bed each day but they did not. So close to everything shopping and felt safe at night coming and going with children. We truly enjoyed our time and facilities. Five stars for this hotel

It was very clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Room needs a clock. Had to call about some bogus charges on our credit card. Personnel on phone was nice and said the charges would be removed but it’s takes days for that to happen. Not too happy.

I would have scored this higher but the manager at the front desk is awful! Extremely rude, short, not helpful. The other CSR agents have been very kind and helpful, with friendly service! The room is clean, as well as the main areas / pool.

An extremely well kept and clean hotel. The lobby area is bright and modern, the rooms spacious with a couch and chairs. I had numerous staff members approach me to ask how my stay was and to just ask if we needed anything. It seems to me that all the employees there truly care about the hotel and also are friendly, helpful and like their jobs

I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and have stayed at this location in the past. The front desk service was excellent. I was given a room near the pool and asked to change, I was told there were no more rooms available. I was there for a serious surgery and the morning and needed a good night's rest, there was music from the pool area. I also noticed several stains on the carpet and the room smelled a little like pets, although the front desk assured me no pets have been in the room for several years. It wasn't the worst stay, but it wasn't the best either. Oh, by the way, your wash clothes are too small and thin. It was like bathing with a child's washcloth.

We booked a golf weekend here because this very comfortable hotel is only about 15 minutes away from the Robert Trent Jones Grand National Golf Course at Opelika. It is also very close to the Auburn University Campus. So the location and price make it a very good value. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was full of fresh breakfast food that made the "free" breakfast a good value and our stay even more comfortable. The king bed room was well appointed and the whole property was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff was very friendly from start to finish! The room was very clean, fully stocked and accommodated our needs. The shower products were Dove and not the usual cheap stuff which was nice! The bed/bedding was super comfortable and soft as well! 10/10 recommend:)

The TV service provider did not work!!! No ballgames or news & weather. Was told I would receive a discount and at check out the desk personnel said SORRY, we booked Thu Hotel.com , a third party so I can’t receive a refund . Lesson learned- don’t book with hotels.com

Housekeeping knocked on my door around 10ish am while I was in the shower, they did leave a note do not disturb sign out. Well I was in the shower but I feel I do not need say why or what I am doing, it was stil early! I left around 11:15 am. I, am still a visitor there for two (2) more days now on my stay there! No one. from housekeeping came back to clean nor service my room with clean towels & dump trash. I find this when I return approx 9:00pm at night!
