Nice room but getting expensive plus had to pay $15/night for parking as nothing available up top. Should be same price if you don’t have the space available, especially to long time customers. Will look elsewhere next time

Was picking up a new trailer and this hotel has been a favourite since it opened. Have used it for a starting spot for vacations and Christmas shopping. Always recommend to people I know.

Older, somewhat aged facility. My mistake for thinking it was a newer hotel. All brown decor tones everywhere. Bit underwhelming. Room was alright, mattress needs updating. Lots of signs of wear on floors, walls and furniture. As the price was about 25% less than other newer yet comparable airport hotels, its still worth considering.

The front desk staff was not trained well. She didn’t mention my free breakfast proactively. She also didn’t give me my breakfast vouchure after I asked for information of my free breakfast.

Loved the rooftop hot tub!! The room is a decent size and I loved the 'kitchen area'. However, the pipes froze in the night so we did not have hot water in the morning to shower. That was disappointing but we made do.

Nice building, helpful staff, new looking, and clean. Sadly, the "hot" water apparently "just got fixed" and was still warming up. It barely came out warm enough to shower. I asked someone on the elevator ride down if his room had hot water and he said "oh no, that hasn't worked in a while". Then there was the "included breakfast". There was no buffet (not even a sad one). Only a voucher for the attached restaurant. I was quite amazed that something could go wrong ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a black tea. Nevertheless, they forgot the cream cheese. The voucher had a value of $18 and that was one of the "complimentary" options. Quite disappointing. The location of the facility was convenient though. So it was a mixed bag. A lot of hotels in the area are doing much better.

I stayed at Acclaim many times. It's clean and comfortable but the shuttle wait time from the airport was very disappointing. I waited an hour long. I was told the shuttle is there already in pillar # if not wait 5 minutes then he hung up. I waited outside in the cold, called again and told it's 30mins. Acclaim is 5 mins from the airport, unsure why 1 hour wait and that happened before. Free breakfast voucher from hotels.com is good and cooked to order in the Panini restaurant if your flight schedule allows. I used to like Acclaim but their rates have really increased.

Acclaim does some things well. The things that could be improved: 1. It drives me crazy to have to walk back to the car to put the parking pass on the dash. 2. The room is booked was diamond I think and showed a bathtub, the room I got did not have a bathtub. Otherwise it's decent affordable, clean and most importantly near the airport.

Poorly designed/laid out suites, 1 bathroom which is within the suite without any other access point but walking through the room. In terms of a suite, it had some cupboards but didn’t have any plates etc Seemed to have messed up the reservation as they tried to tell me they didn’t have a king suite room available.

Good hotel! Second time staying at Acclaim, however I thought I booked the Clique near the airport due to clicking an advertisement on hotels.ca. Went to the wrong hotel. Staff said it is not unusal this mix up happens to others too. This hotel should be listed ONLY as Acclaim. No one cares its "Acclaim by Clique". Avoid the confusion. All good otherwise.

The toilet was off center, toilet paper holder was loose and crocked, the shower head has a small leak, the tub drain is almost fully blocked, drains slowly. I turned the heat down, but the room got warmer. I know how to operate a thermostat!! And I’m a plumber, so I notice stuff like this.

Stayed 2 nights, leaving on vaca and on the return. Left our vehicle there for duration. Beds/pillows were very comfy. One room was quite small, other was larger and had walk in shower 👍 The shuttle to airport and pick were great. Those fellows are awesome. Do their jobs soooo well and they’re not young men either. … some of those bags are very heavy. I ALWAYS tip those guys . Will definitely stay there again. Now that Italian restaurant won’t get a good review from me, but the waitress was great.

We stayed for 1 night for flight connection. Great shuttle service (book ahead although we didn't and it was ok), clean and well appointed room..shower was amazing! No fridge in the room but we didnt need one this time. Breakfast was good in the attached restaurant. Would stay again as so convenient to the airport!

Great location for access to airport and parking. Room was good. Access to adjoining restaurant was convenient although quality of food was average. Really appreciated the complimentary drinks as we were unable to access the included breakfast due to the timing of our flight.

Even though it was cold, cloudy & snowing outside it was warm & inviting inside The Acclaim. From the shuttle service to the check in & check out my experience couldn’t have been any better. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating & efficient. But what blew me away was the free breakfast in the Pacini Restaurant. Many delicious choices but I took the “Duo”… bacon, eggs, home fries & applesauce & coffee. The best part was that I had many choices of bread & I was able to toast it on the huge hot grill… mmmm …. never did that before… what a treat. Can’t wait to return to The Acclaim.

Our stay was fabulous. Roof top hot tub is always a plus, the kids thought that was pretty cool. Room was clean and customer service in the hotel was also really great. On site restaurant was delicious. Shuttle driver was less than friendly as a matter of fact he was down right rude, and i was not the only guest on the bus who thought so. If you hate your job get a new job, don't ruin everyone's morning being prickly. Other than him the experience was lovely as is always the case with Clique hotels!

Not a great hotel. Old dirty rooms, headboard are absolutely disgusting, pet friendly hotel but don’t have water bowls for dogs. Hot tubs were cold. Checking out and didn’t even ask how was your stay. They have an old tv in bathrooms that I haven’t seen since the 80’s. Turned it on and no signal. Not sure why those are even there still.
