Good recently built hotel conveniently located doe the airport and the cruise ship terminal. First room a/c did not work properly and we were moved to a different room. Beds are comfortable but are too high specially foe elderly travelers. Management noted that many people complained about this.

This was a wonderful hotel the staff were very helpful and the room was one of the best rooms I have yet to stay in. Although setting up the wake up call was a little different and confusing at first I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know that would be visiting the area. The added benefit of a parking garage attached to the hotel was a very pleasant surprise as well. The room also had a very nice work desk for use and a small couch with an coffee table that was very comfortable to use. The bed was very cozy and I believe they had weighted sheets/blankets which on my very busy business trip made relaxing in the room far easier. the staff were extremely helpful with the check-in and out process and with the slight error on my part for reserving the room for a second night. I didn't get to try the restaurant or the pool but from my passing it looked very well kept.

Was told we could request early check in for a fee showed up and was told Ridley by lady that I was never told that in which I was. We were 1st on the list for early check but they stood firm on making us wait until 2 pm. There were a ton of people sitting in hallways and sleeping at pools because they would not allow anyone to check in. There were a ton of people who checked out.

We arrived a little early, but we could use the hotel amenities, the pool was very inviting. There’s a beautiful seating area, smoking, and non-. As well as the hotel has a restaurant. We ordered nachos and a chicken quesadilla and they were phenomenal!

After a long day of travel, we arrived to check in, only to find they cancelled oir reservation. They said they called once, when i was in the air flying and since i didnt answer they cancelled. So at midnight we were forced to find a different hotel. Super not impressed

Difficult time in getting someone to respond when we called from the airport to request a shuttle. Took at least 3 calls to get thru. Shuttle driver was excellent, great attitude, and friendly. Check in was fine, service at the lobby was friendly and efficient.

Hotel was very clean. Friendly, professional desk personnel. Pool was clean with nice sitting area. Restaurant was affordable and tasty. Only complaint is the cost of the room was over $350 after taxes. The price is not equal to the quality of the premises.

Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet that is full service. They also gave us two free coupons for glasses of wine in the bar. I highly recommend the Crown Plaza for anyone going on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale.

The shuttle was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 and promptly called for the shuttle. Was told it was on its way. 1 hr later , I called for an update and they said it will be somewhere between 5-45 min. At 1 am we got picked up. Stopped at a hotel in a completely different direction, and then waited 30 min to check in. In bed after 2am. Do not use shuttle!!!!

The hotel is lovely. Minutes away from the cruise terminal which is why we stayed here. The bed was very comfortable. The room was big, modern and clean. The bathroom was nicely done. The hotel has a nice big pool which we didn't use, but it looked nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient. Fun fact - across the street from the hotel is a little place called Piccolina's food truck. Excellent coffee and croissants for breakfast!

Understaffed, rooms not ready at checkin, no place to go or sit until rooms are ready, airport shuttle extremely restricted (1 shuttle 14 passenger max once per hour) with large groups travelling for cruises commonly out of this hotel it’s typically filled up for prime time 10 am the day before 5-6 hours before you can even checkin. Refused access to amenities like pool ect even though rooms where not ready at there 3 pm advertised check in. Location sucks if by foot unless you are coming in late and leaving early

Antonio at the Desk was great. Congenial and professional. He needed help tho. It was pretty busy so wait times were long. Shuttle was slow on way to hotel so we used an Uber; however, it was great to the airport. Tv didn’t work at night - perhaps the Direct TV was down. Hotel was clean and restaurant was good.

The room was spacious and clean, the check in was efficient, the staff were pleasant and diligent. The room was bare walled - like a hospital, the price at 500/night was excessive for what was offered, the shuttle service from the airport was inadequate. Took a long time to come, my wife and I had to share one seat and the joint arrangement with Holiday express delayed us even more. The instructions for the shuttle were poorly conveyed.

Location was not far from the airport and right by the terminal gate. There wasn’t a kid-friendly restaurant onsite or walkable distance with small children. We Ubered to a nearby restaurant without any issue. The hotel also has a shuttle service (for a fee) to the cruise terminal. The free shuttle from the airport was nice, once they arrived. I had to call twice until the shuttle showed up. Overall, a quick stay that met our needs.

The elevator stopped working, and it was almost like they did not care. They said things happen. That’s why we have stairs. stairs with six children and six bags weigh 50 pounds each. Ended up missing our lift and having to pay a fee

We asked to move our Hotel reservation over for one day (Monday to a Tuesday) as our flight was canceled due to Noreaster in Boston area. We wished to be closer to the airport. They originally offered a credit and a cancelation and then reneged. Unscrupulous business practice.
