Stayed with family and friends. The suites were spacious but the carpet held a smoking/vaping odor. Running the AC didn't help air it out. There is no housekeeping on the weekends, but the front desk gave us extra towels upon request. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was hot and they had some fresh fruit. Walking distance to restaurants.

We had such a wonderful experience at Staybridge! I had read the reviews prior and would like to say Melanie, at the front desk was SO friendly and accommodating. We came in extremely late the night we arrived and she made sure we had the extra blankets and pillows we would need for our family, without even asking! Breakfast was outstanding every morning and the service and kindness of every dining room employee was above and beyond! Our room was very clean and very accommodating for the four of us. We had Brad at the front desk one morning and he got us set up for the shuttle that goes back and forth from the airport. Which a huge shout out to our shuttle drive who - at 4:30am - was so polite and helpful getting us safely to the airport in time! And thanks again to Melanie who made sure my girls had a little “to-go” breakfast for our trip home.
Staybridge, you went above and beyond and we loved every second of our stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Our stay of 7 nights was very good, the staff is very friendly and solved all of our needs. Breakfast was abundant and with fair enough options. As a big perk you get Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays Wine, beer and some snacks like burguers, nachos, chicken strips, etc, from 5:30pm to 7pm happy hour. We were pleased for the fantastic stay, thank you.

Front desk staff (Destiny) was rude and not helpful. Our room did not have enough pillows, blankets, and towels and she acted like we were an inconvenience for asking for what we needed. We could also tell our room was not cleaned properly….. hairs in the shower some black powder on the counters (I have know idea what that would even be) Plus the front desk should either stay at front desk and out of the back room or have a bell or camera to allow them to see people waiting at the front desk. We waited for ever to even be greeted. Breakfast was pretty darn good though. When we were trying to leave you have to be let out of a gate and we kept pressing the button for them to lift the gate and know one was responding for over 20 mins so we ended up having to go in and ask ( and it was not because they were busy)

The rooms are way overpriced for what you get. First impression was bad due to the attitude of the frontdesk person (Melonie). She didn't know much, was not helpful and it was obvious she didn't want to deal with customers. This is an older hotel - it can is seen with the wear and tear on the rooms and outdated decor. Have stayed at IHG hotels before and this is way below thier standard.

I like that it had a free shuttle that got you to and from the airport. There was free breakfast. The staff was very friendly. There were restaurants in walking distance near by. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport.

Never stayed anywhere wher the water in the toilet was heated, so if that was not supposed to be that way, you may want to check that out

The hotel room was very nice, clean and quiet, but there aren’t enough mirrors or proper lighting to allow 3 women to get ready at the same time!
Also, the hide-a-bed was awful.

We weren't able to get a staybridge shuttle from airport to hotel, waited over 40 minutes and none ever showed up. Front desk wasn't clear about policies, info, or procedures. Not very friendly or helpful. Driver (michael?) Was rude.

The stay was great! Comfy beds, clean room, and the breakfast was phenomenal! I’ve never had such a delicious free breakfast at a hotel before this one! There was a variety every day and a good amount of choices for everyone. The bathrooms came with full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, as well as body wash, lotion, and hand wash. This hotel is a must stay in Atlanta!

Loved the police security. Right off interstate. Right near all airport needs. My only negative was the toilet seat was too small for toilet so we hovered our entire stay. Nothing wirse than seeing the toilet. Room was clean and facility is nice.

Very last minute trip. After I saw the reviews in comparison to other hotels in the area, I decided this would be the place and it did not disappoint. Very clean, quiet, the location was great if you like walking to mingle or get a bite to eat, and I love that it was safe parking. The bed was comfortable for me but a little hard for the hubby, otherwise, I would definitely come back.

I always stay here when we are in Atlanta, kudos to the staff. Love the staff that prepares the breakfast, they are dedicated and always pleasant. The staff at the front desk is also pleasant and make you feel welcome upon arrival. On my recent stay I notice in the morning there was a police cruiser hanging out in the parking lot, this made me feel extra safe.

I was never informed of the m-w social before check in, the room had no sheets or extra pillows and blanket for the pull out couch. Had to request more towels. The room was ice cold and didn’t fix when we tried turning it up.

The hotel experience at Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport was second to none! The employees were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate! The location felt safe and was convenient to surrounding restaurants and events. We had a wonderful experience, and we will stay again the next time we are in Atlanta.

Arriving too early to check in, we left our luggage with the front desk. While we were eating lunch a water pipe broke our luggage and the clothes inside wet. The bags may have been soaked from the cleanup and not the burst. Although the staff dried our clothes and eventually got a fan to try to dry our luggage it was two hours of our life we will not get back. Rather than comp the room we received a few drinks and snacks. Luckily suits were not soaked. Will not go back

The property itself was fine, up to the standards you would expect from IHG. The Atlanta Airport isn't in a great area of town (rather dangerous actually) - you notice this because of the barricades around the parking area and the staffed armed security detail - so they did the best they could considering. I chose this location because they offer EV charging, however, the staff was unfamiliar with this and didn't know if the on-site chargers (ChargePoint - 2 L2s and 1 L3) were part of their property or an adjacent one - they are just outside barricaded parking area - so keep that in mind if you charge overnight. The staff was very nice otherwise, just uninformed on a specific feature of the property. There is also a somewhat hidden $50 service fee when booking - so keep that in mind. The room rate was acceptable for a suite that sleeps 6, but the $50 fee tips things in the not worth it direction. Unless you need the airport shuttle, I would consider staying in the burbs just south of the Airport and driving instead of anywhere near the airport. Also, for some reason, we had a really hard time finding any quasi-late night (9pm) dining that didn't have a bad score on Yelp - some reviews are so bad they are tragically funny. Yeah, another perk to the area. Of course, not really a knock on this place - just the area.

Our check in clerk was extremely friendly and kind. It was an easy and fast process and we were even able to check in early. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were nice. We wished we could have pulled the drapes all the way closed over the windows, the light did bother me a little at night, and there was some noise from the highway. Breakfast was OK but not amazing. We did eat it though, lol. All in all, we were happy with our stay, and thought it was fairly priced.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best experiences ever in that aspect. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable although the furniture is a bit dated and the carpet threadbare in places. They start taking down the breakfast area early I understand they want to get it cleaned up but it does present an issue for guests coming down a few minutes before close.
