Wonderful stay and in the best location! Manager was very helpful and let us check out late when my husband ran into a car issue. They were more than accommodating in a stressful situation. Overall it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Great location and friendly reception. For a 7 night stay it would’ve been great to have a fresh set of towels, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Also could consider connecting each pool deck chair to the table rather than the chairs to each other so that guests can move according to the sun.

Rules everywhere and not a very accomodating manager.
Our Queen bed was simply two singles pushed together with a hard crack down the middle

We have had a appartment in the basement with no view. The WiFi was bad and also 4g was bad. The pool was very good. Also de reception was good. Location perfect with across the road the sea and shops and restaurants on walking distance.

Comfortable, clean studio in top location, right in heart of Byron opposite Life Saving Club and main Beach. There is no lift so if stairs are an issue ask for a ground floor apartment. Location could be noisy in busy season but was perfect for walking to restaurants and beach. Balcony’s on studio are very small and kitchen and living room are a bit dark. The bedroom area is bright and light and bed is large and really comfortable. We would stay again happily.

Bayview Beachfront Apartments was in a great spot, across the road from the beach the views just lovely whilst sitting on the balcony, it was more than I thought it would be just a beautiful place great energy lovely owners
The only minor complaint I have would be the stairs when you have a really bad knee it was 24 stairs to climb with our experience it takes away the negativexxxx

Absolutely fantastic location. Excellent property managers. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of equipment. Very safe and secure. Great for kids - they love the pool.

The location is ideal, we were able to walk everywhere. The 2bd apartment was fantastic and a lot bigger than we expected, the online photos don’t do it justice at all! Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation, I will be back for sure!

Lovely place and friendly staff but the noise from outside the apartment comes straight in. It was school holidays so there were lots of noisy families around. The noise stopped early in the evening so if day time noise doesn’t bother you it wouldn’t be a problem

Comfortable stay right on the beach and an easy walk to town. Fully self contained with everything we needed and two bathrooms was ideal for 2 couples in a 2br apartment. The heated pool was lovely for a winter getaway and the balcony became our regular hangout!

Great location. Room itself is a nice size but ground floor rooms have no privacy without closing blinds.
Also our showers hot water lasted less than 6 minutes after not being used all day. - yes I actually timed it.

Our stay was extremely underwhelming with mould on the back of the main bathroom door, an almost unusable couch, rubbish under the beds and the main bedroom bed being 2 single beds with the wheels tied together with a chux cloth. We failed to see the value of our rental.
The carpark is a hazard. The spaces are tight and the roof is low so beware if you have a hatchback as the boot will most likely hit the concrete roof when you open it.
As an upside the common areas were great with a clean pool and big bbq/entertaining area. We also noticed that other apartments seemed to be much nicer than the one we were supplied with which was disappointing seeing we booked for 7 days

Excellent location right next to the main beach, good rooms sizes and comfortable beds, very handy amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron) however both rooms had mould on the ceilings and also the bathroom which was very concerning. Shower area had some dirt on the floor, rubbish on the carpet under the coffee table and behind a stand in a bedroom. General cleaning was rushed in my opinion. Our room was quite dark (plus mould) which resulted in moist clothes inside the wardrobe (ventilation issue). Back bedroom noisy due to the council rubbish removal , so I would consider getting any front building (And also much sunnier) apartments to avoid being woken up before 6 am.
