The employees are very friendly and seem to want to help. The shuttle service was really nice. Small things would have made a better experience. Had to ask for coffee in the common area all the time. No tea bags provided for those who don't drink coffee.

There were a couple of those little red clover mites on the bed. May need to spray with all the wood. I didn’t care for the adjoining rooms because we could hear small children next door very easily. Other than that our stay was great and the hotel room was nice. I would stay again.

We have stayed here a few times and it seems it gets Worse every time. The couple we came with had the worst time with reservations and pending charges which in turn they will not be back. The staff used to be so polite but now The fish bowl and the restaurant at the top the waiters are rude and honestly ghetto the food isn’t worth the price

I’m not big on writing reviews, I’m typically pretty easy to please and am not a knit picker. I also am a lifelong loyal customer and a huge fan of the Bass Pro brand and have had the pyramid on my bucket list since it opened, so naturally I have been excited for this two day vacation. However spending over $1000 for just 2 nights and having as many issues as we did prompts me to make the effort to leave my first review. It is a very cool place, but $500 a night was beyond ridiculous and overpriced. Every vending machine was empty and there was nowhere to get water anywhere after the main store closed. Only 1 channel on the TV worked during our whole stay and the advertised morning coffee in the lobby was empty both mornings. The food from wahlburgers made both my wife and I sick and we were both throwing up for hours Saturday, and the service was terrible. We were not able to get even a simple refill the whole time. The store itself was great and the pyramid was unbelievable. I’m glad we got to go and I will say that the ladies at the front desk were very kind and pleasant and were a redeeming factor, but the lodge as a whole was beyond disappointing. But then again maybe my expectations for the Bass Pro brand were too high. My wife and I knew it would be expensive but we wanted to make it happen. I felt like a huge waste since we could have spent a week at the beach for a similar price. I’m seeing some similar experiences in the reviews from the past few days so I hope the
