The employees are very friendly and seem to want to help. The shuttle service was really nice. Small things would have made a better experience. Had to ask for coffee in the common area all the time. No tea bags provided for those who don't drink coffee.

There were a couple of those little red clover mites on the bed. May need to spray with all the wood. I didn’t care for the adjoining rooms because we could hear small children next door very easily. Other than that our stay was great and the hotel room was nice. I would stay again.

We have stayed here a few times and it seems it gets Worse every time. The couple we came with had the worst time with reservations and pending charges which in turn they will not be back. The staff used to be so polite but now The fish bowl and the restaurant at the top the waiters are rude and honestly ghetto the food isn’t worth the price

Beautiful place! Very safe and fun. Did not like the floor cleaner being ran I. The store below us after we were already asleep. Very loud.

I’m not big on writing reviews, I’m typically pretty easy to please and am not a knit picker. I also am a lifelong loyal customer and a huge fan of the Bass Pro brand and have had the pyramid on my bucket list since it opened, so naturally I have been excited for this two day vacation. However spending over $1000 for just 2 nights and having as many issues as we did prompts me to make the effort to leave my first review. It is a very cool place, but $500 a night was beyond ridiculous and overpriced. Every vending machine was empty and there was nowhere to get water anywhere after the main store closed. Only 1 channel on the TV worked during our whole stay and the advertised morning coffee in the lobby was empty both mornings. The food from wahlburgers made both my wife and I sick and we were both throwing up for hours Saturday, and the service was terrible. We were not able to get even a simple refill the whole time. The store itself was great and the pyramid was unbelievable. I’m glad we got to go and I will say that the ladies at the front desk were very kind and pleasant and were a redeeming factor, but the lodge as a whole was beyond disappointing. But then again maybe my expectations for the Bass Pro brand were too high. My wife and I knew it would be expensive but we wanted to make it happen. I felt like a huge waste since we could have spent a week at the beach for a similar price. I’m seeing some similar experiences in the reviews from the past few days so I hope the

The entire experience was amazing. This is such a great hotel. There’s a wonderful smell from their diffusers throughout the walking areas, the room was large, clean, and comfortable! We had a great time.

The in-room jacuzzi was amazing. It was amazing how it was able to fit two people comfortably. The fact that the hotel was right above the store just added to the atmosphere. I mean this as a compliment when I say it - This was Hillbilly Heaven and even more than I could have asked for.

Wonderful amenities. Its an outdoorsmans Disney World. Everything in one place. Shopping, entertainment, and dinning. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a quiet escape in your rooms think again. Loud door slamming walls are paper thin. Food was subpar. Slightly claustrophobic in rooms without a window view. I was put next to a family with 2 toddler boys who yelled the entire time they were in the rooms as well as on the balcony. I asked for a room change but they were full so I had to endure that while I was not feeling well. Overall beautiful hotel aesthetically, but not sound proof. Bed sheets were very uncomfortable as well. Slept horribly. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff were all so very friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The jetted tub was relaxing! I took advantage of the spa and got a massage. Was lovely. Only item that knocked it down on my end was the bed was not very comfortable... but that is my personal experience, others may find it just perfect.

Phone did not work for entirety of two night stay. Beds worn out. Staff not very friendly. It’s a nice property but they seem to have a problem finding good help. Breakfast at Walhburger Wild was abysmal. Coffee provided was not worth drinking. No longer. 4 star hotel experience.

Checking in with “Tee”. What a wonderful person to welcome us. Our son and his girlfriend have the same birthday, Tee made it a Memphis experience for them. She got them dinner reservations at the lookout and made them feel special. As parents, we are grateful to Tee for being so kind.

3rd time staying at property. Something has changed with management of hotel. Front desk clerks, VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Immediately reported door lock broken to front desk. Chris-Bellman/Valet did a great job offering to look at door, since front desk said "you must not know how to use door". Chris confirmed the door latch clearly broken and notified maintenance to repair. This hotel is a great spot, but it now going down hill fast. The balcony had chicken bones and pizza crusts lying on deck. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, this looks like the end of what was a great hotel. Ate at rooftop restaurant, the disappointing performance continued. Items on menu not available, expediting chef yelled out orders across restaurant to missing waitress, who was hiding in a dish storage area. Again, extremely disappointed from what was a great dinner location.

We had amazing experience. The only uncomfortable experience was The Vallet parking lost our car key and we had to wait outside up they resolving the problem. The Vallet parking guy was very nice and handled the whole situation very professional.

this place is a rip off unless you love camo. You're staying in a retail store with retail hours that shuts down at 8:30pm with nothing to do thereafter. Except for the hotel bar which serves wine in a plastic cup. would much rather have stayed downtown.

Fun property to stay at with the family. The observation deck and elevator are amazing. Room and bathroom were very well appointed (except we only got 2 towels for 4 guests). Lookout food was expensive but delicious.

I was charged multiple times for things i should have not been charged for. This resulted in me not having any spending money for my trip. The manager was very unhelpful or willing to offer anything for my inconvenience. The customer service was terrible. I asked the manager for the corporate phone number and I was told I could not have it. This situation was handled terribly.

We love coming there and checked in and took the shuttle to dinner it was great and loved it! It was the first time we took the shuttle everyone was so nice and friendly! Once we got back we went shopping and then we went to our room! Went out to the balcony and the table out there was dirty and covered In crumbs! I then told my husband we need bottle water and remembered the last time we stay we had complimentary water! When I opened the fridge and reach for one it was half gone! I did call down to the front desk and they cleaned up the balcony and brought us up new water! Other than those 2 things it was great!

The room was not clean. My husband touched the balcony and had snot and boogers on his arm. You can see spit on the screen. Disgusting! In addition, stepped on a screw barefoot that had fallen out the door. No workers is friendly. They act like you are an inconvenience. Wahlburgers was not good and very expensive. Same issues with staff there. They acted like you was the problem. The lookout restaurant was good and worth the price. The store is nice, however, again the staff is not friendly and helpful.

I was misled into thinking we would have a tree in our room according to the photos. There was no tree. The setting was nice. We enjoyed the air tub, balcony and fireplace. However, once again; we were disappointed in not receiving the room that I booked. This is why I paid extra for a hotel room that I usually don't splurge on. However, it was our honeymoon so I wanted everything to be perfect, including our room.

The room itself was perfect, specifically the tub. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by the staff. It was not at all what I expected from reading the services provided on the website.
