Very beautiful hotel, but two things brought the overall impression down:
1) Lipstick stains on drinking glass at bedside table, no tissues in room, hair in several locations in bathroom
2) Phone to reception didn't work which meant that I couldn't communicate with staff re early check-in, meaning that I had to walk to the hotel from my location and back unnecessarily. Staff was not helpful in finding solutions, nor did they offer compensation (even a symbolic one).

We had a bit of a rocky start as the noise of the air con was so loud in the room. We asked to move but it was all a bit stressful. Anyway we did get moved but wasn’t too impressed by how it was handled. No comment throughout our stay but someone did put a fan in our room. I gave four stars because the staff in the bar and restaurant were impeccable. Absolutely loved the service here but wouldn’t stay again due to the room standard.

Centrally located, whole hotel looks well decorated with dinning room and bars looking particularly classy. Breakfast was brilliant in Bonnie’s and rooftop bar really comfortable including the rooftop terrace which was nice and warm even though snowing outside. The hotel really increased the enjoyment of visiting Stockholm for 2 nights. Thanks

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, stylish rooms. Good position for ÖSTERMALM shopping and boats across archipelago. The breakfast was repetitive but tasty. Excellent cocktails in the bar.

This is a great Hotel, service is top-notch and feels genuine. It was my fiancés 40 birthday and Alex and the team really made it special!
Feels young and fresh and is also in a great location if you want to be able to walk around the city and the sites.
Breakfast is fantastic!
The only thing I would not recommend is the rooftop bar. Although very beautifully designed and cosy it feels stuffy and overpriced.
But does not take away from an otherwise lovely experience. Will definitely recommend and return when in Stockholm next.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Rooms small but very well designed. Robes and slippers. Heated bathroom floors. Nice breakfast. Convenient location to ferry and train. Highly recommend.

Bank hotel is a very good option. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is very good as well.
WiFi could be better and there is no proper place to hang towels at the bathroom.
I definitely recommend.

When it's midnight, and you're getting an early night, The bar three floors below is pumping music out loudly, which you can hear all too well as you can't get the room below 22 degrees, and you need to have the window open - even if it is -11 outside, it all isn't conducive to sleep. Then, as patrons leave over the next hour and screech away in cars or squawk loudly without any concern, it paints an unpleasant picture.
The staff didn't care - their laissez-faire attitude said it all. I was glad I wasn't staying a third night.
Breakfast was great. Diptyque products are excellent, but individual disposable bottles are so last year.

A five-star hotel but with breakfast far from what we can expect.
The service on the breakfast was poor; Juice-station was empty, eggs were finnished, end-pieces of bread was left, poor scrambled eggs, waiting time to get coffe, poor service on the table etc etc...., tings you shall not expect on this level. We explained it on site as well. Other things were noice-elevels from the street (not the construction outsde) was high if you live against the street as we did. strange that it can not be solved as all guestst want it quiet during late hours.

I travel a lot but don’t leave meany reviews. The bank hotel was fabulous, very well maintained, breakfast was like going out for brunch everyday. Front desk were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop bar was great too, even in very cold weather they manage to keep you warm and comfortable. Hotel is very close to underground station but is also in a good location to walk to museums, palace and old town. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm for work or pleasure

Hotel was lovely, very well kept and up to date with decor and furnishings. Extremely clean and staff were very helpful in every request. Breakfast was great, although busy at times and needed to wait for a table, the selection was good and all produce was fresh. I would however recommend that as a 5-star hotel, turndown service was done as default rather than having to request it. Otherwise, our stay was great and we will be back!

Great stay. Very vibrant hotel and area. We brought our children 1 and 6. The staff were friendly but the hotel is not perfect for toddlers. But we managed totally fine and we always felt welcomed.

Great hotel but our room was a little noisy the first night due to it being located close to a club. We stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Room was clean, aside from the sheets having a small hole and stain. Overall we were happy and you can’t beat the location. A couple bus stops away from the Vasa/Abba museums and the Skansen. Also, within walking distance to the royal palace and Gamla Stan. Staff was very friendly.

It was nice to arrive and finding staff waiting at the door. The ground level bar is excellent. The concierge service is not existing, which is very surprising for a 5 start hotel, the front office staff was unable to: properly book a barber and a hair saloon, and to ship back the costumes we rented for a party.

Stayed in the vault room which doesn’t have windows. But it was perfect for having a good sleep…quiet, gets completely dark while sleeping, good size, lovely bathroom. Just note that the shower area is separated by the bedroom only by see-through glass (in case you are staying with someone where that matters). Toilet was separate and with its own door.
Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again.

The wonderful staff made my stay special, the service is absolutely top notch. Thank you! The bed was comfortable and the room immaculately clean. I ate in the restaurant and the food was great. The location is perfect, near all main attractions and good restaurants but tucked away in a quiet side street. Highly recommended.

The Bank is a beautiful boutique hotel. The service, rooms and public spaces were top notch. The breakfast was amazing as was the staff. Great location on top of everything else. I will definitely recommend and stay here again if my travels take me back to Stockholm.

Solid 4 star hotel, located in an excellent spot to see the sights. Room was clean and comfortable, though small. No one to greet you at the door, so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs to the front desk. Internet was a hassle and intermittent. Didn’t have any US TV, which isn’t a big deal, but would’ve been nice. Breakfast and cafe was excellent.

Accommodated us for an early check-in which is very helpful.
Room did not have sufficient natural light. It was on the bottom level of a 6 story well.
Internet access required daily sign-in and did not support wi-fi calling.
Staff was very helpful. Dining room and bars were excellent. I'll be picky in my room selection for my next visit.

This was my 3rd trip to Stockholm and my 1st stay at The Bank Hotel - EXCEPTIONAL. I had the MOST pleasant stay, service, room and meals. The rooftop bar offers the best views of Stockholm, the inside bar is elegant and perfect for a cocktail with friends or nightcap. This is a hidden gem and I will stay here again for sure!
