Keep in mind, if you add more people to your group after booking the rate may adjust slightly. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person after the initial 4 people. This keeps our rates low and affordable for our average group size for this listing and helps us charge an appropriate fee for the additional linens and utilities used by a larger group size. The property has a jacuzzi. Please be clean of sand and sunscreen before entering the jacuzzi. If there is excess sand after your stay there is an additional $100 for draining the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi hours are 8am - 9:30pm. We can hook you up with a vendor that will set up a private bonfire on the beach for your family. However if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of the standard cleaning fee. Driving across the Ingraham Street Bridge from Vacation Island you get a great view of luxury homes that wrap around Crown Point. As you get to the tip of the point, turn left on Rivera Drive which curves along the western edge of the peninsula and has some of the area's most-expensive homes. Crown Point Drive curves around the eastern edge where there is a large park popular with residents and visitors alike. Ingraham Street goes through the center of the peninsula and the neighborhood is bounded by Pacific Beach Drive in the north.
