With the pool in the backyard and the bay in the front yard, there is certainly plenty for the whole family to enjoy! This stunning property is located in the highly coveted Crown Point neighborhood of San Diego, CA. It is a beautiful two-story home that features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light that flows throughout the entire house. One of the most impressive features of this home is its location. It is situated across the street from the bay, which means you can enjoy breathtaking bay views from the comfort of your own home. The property also boasts a backyard oasis, complete with a heated pool where you can relax and soak up the California sun. If you have a car, you will appreciate the convenience of the private driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles. This feature is especially desirable in a neighborhood like Crown Point. Inside the home, you will find two spacious living areas on each level that are perfect for entertaining guests or spending time with family. The kitchen is open and equipped with stainless steel appliances, making it the ideal space for cooking and preparing meals. The bedrooms are well-appointed and provide plenty of room for rest and relaxation. Overall, this property is a rare find in the highly sought-after Crown Point neighborhood. None, unless of course there is a problem, request or complaint. We are available via AirBnB messaging or phone. Crown Point is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Nearby Belmont Park has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! Just blocks away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach! Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county's most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment! Driveway Dimensions: 10' W x 35' D Pack n play provided.  Pack n Play linens and bedding are not provided, please bring your own! THIS PROPERTY HAS EXTERIOR SURVEILLANCE Long term renters of 21+ days additional rules apply: Cleaning Fee is an additional $125 Utility cap of $125/week Refundable Security Deposit $800 POOL HOURS: 9AM-9PM. Please note, this is a residential neighborhood and you have the potential to see and hear your neighbors. Guests must be out of the pool at 9PM as an agreement with the neighbors. The pool is heated to 80 degrees in the daytime, late at night it cycles through a filtration system and drops temperature. The pool fee listed in your reservation quote includes the pool heated to 80 degrees. Please note we have a regular weekly maintenance visit and pool hours at 9 am – 10 pm. No lifeguard present. Excessive use of the pool heater will result in a high energy bill and the guest will be required to pay for above average energy bill. STR-05770L Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors. NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken. San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits. Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property. Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected. Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits. Guest Occupancy: Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property. Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded. No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees. Damages: Renter will leave property in good order. Damage Fee does not cover excessive cleaning; including but not limited to overflowing trash, carpet or upholstery steam cleaning, Linen Damage (Sheets, Blankets and Comforters damaged from, but not limited to, tearing, food, blood or other bodily fluids and will incur full replacement value charges) or damage due to pets, parties or excessive guests in the unit. If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater.If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost. Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied. Check in / Check out: Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee. If available, early check-in/late check-out fee is $250. Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.
