Thank you for understanding. The home does NOT have central air conditioning, but it does have central heat in the winter. The AC that is provided is a portable AC unit for the Master bedroom only, and is suitable for comfortable sleeping. During the daytime in the summer please open the windows and prop all the bedroom doors open for the airflow through the house with the ceiling fans operating to keep the house cool. (Please close and lock all doors and windows when you are not home. The home will cool off quickly again when the windows are opened and fans are running.) Due to insurance reasons we ask that you not use the fireplace. A kid's bike helmet is supplied as required by local laws for children under 18 years old. Corporate leases and insurance companies that need to relocate their people are welcome on case by case basis. Stays of 30 days or longer will require a signed rental agreement and a background check.
