Awful stay. They don’t have blinds in any room. Rude staff. Separate time slots at the pool for men and women. Woke up and thought it was pouring down outside but it was just another guest taking a shower but it was so loud so you would wake up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish at this hotel. It had everything we needed for a nice getaway. The pool was just perfect, the breakfast was scrumptious, and the service and comfort were second to none. The amenities like scooters, kayak, the showers, just made it extra special. Our favorite peak was the private beach with shuttle, chairs and umbrella.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate. It wasn’t the quietest room. There were children running up and down the hallway, no fault of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay! Staff were super helpful. The amenities were great especially the free shuttle to the beach with complimentary chairs, umbrella and cold water. The room was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The staff is very attentive and cordial, and they have a well equipped and maintained gym. Within walking distance to the beach and fine dining.

This hotel checked all the boxes for us. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The room and all the resort amenities are wonderful. Don't miss taking the shuttle to the beach and relaxing!

Altair is located in a great neighborhood, the staff including Mike at the front desk were very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a reservation including breakfast. There is of course a factor for us when we book Hotel with breakfast. At our first day of stay, the Hotel informed us that their restaurant is closed and there is no breakfast serving. We had to go to a cafe near by and buy breakfast for 50$ per day. The Hotel promised us that they will compensate for the breakfast price. We check our bank account later and we saw they even charged us more that the original booking price and no compensation has been done. They littarly ripped our pocket.

We booked this hotel last minute and we fell in love with the hotel and the staff, everyone was nice and respectful, they went above and beyond to make sure we were Comfortable, amenities are fantastic, beautiful rooftop pool, area was safe these days in Miami Beach You have to watch, overall a great experience, we will definitely be back

Stay was good for the price. We had a 2 bedroom suite, the unfortunate part was the main door to the foyer of the rooms was not working. Small inconvenience but overall good.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this hotel. We stayed here because of the Shabbat meals and we were not disappointed. The pool area was beautiful and we loved being able to walk to Harding Ave. for many kosher dining options.

I really appreciated the service! nice staff especially the supervisor is so nice and accommodating I would appreciate more relaxing background music and also more separate swimming hours for men and women and have separate hours by the beach as well for the benefit of a kosher hotel. Thanks a lot!!!
