Located in a super safe and calm neighborhood the Whole house is to be appreciated by your family and friends. Whether you are in a business trip or a family or Friends Vacay we are here for you! The home is fully fenced from the driveway to the end of the property lot. The terracotta walkways are brightened and surrounded with gorgeous natural California garden plants designed for the landscape, thought to bring more of the natural resources closer to our eyes and activate our senses. The house is designed especially thought of your needs, all the bedrooms are set up with bedding and supplies to make your experience complete. The kitchen has high ceilings with many light spots that can be controlled to give the best illumination experience to the room. The modern granite countertops were chosen for quality and durability, besides amplifying the kitchen room, allowing plenty of sitting and areas to expose and place food while hosting great moments with guests. The kitchen is fully supplied with modern stainless steel appliances, all fully functional and thought to the users. All the accessories for an operational kitchen are provided as well. One special feature of this home is the bar area, connected to the kitchen but standing by itself in the entertainment area, fully supplied with glasses and bar tools that can be used at your convenience. The outdoors of the home is a must to be experienced, with an outdoor patio setup, comfortable sitting under string lights set and the beautiful Californian sky to be explored. The main floor, as well as the whole house, is super spacious and brightened with the natural lights that come in, allowed by the windows and glass doors that open to the patio that surrounds the property. I booked this vrbo 3 months before our intended trip and paid in full. On our way to San Diego, I contacted the host about getting the keys to find out he no longer owned the property and we were out of luck. We had to scramble to find another place to stay and ended up spending significantly more money. I'm very disappointed in VRBO for this error.

Nice place, as far as real estate, spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the master bedroom wasn’t completely clean- filth on the toilet sheet and around the toilet bowl, grime on the glass shower doors, grime on the faucet of the jetted hot tub which also had a leak, and cobb webs in the skylight. A lot of the lights didn’t work. Outside is somewhat kept. Be sure to bring your own steamer or iron, there’s none available. Bring extra towels if you’re staying more than a night, and also pillows. Was requested I take care of my own trash- take it outside and make sure it’s in the container- possibly ready for pickup (if you stay on a Thursday and/or Friday) and dishes not be left, which is ok, but begs to question the pricey cleaning fee. Overall, decent place to stay, expected more for what I paid based off other properties I’ve stayed at.

It was a short one night stay visiting family nearby - the property was very clean and well kept. It met all of our expectations!

The pictures do not do it justice. We thought the house was smaller but it was very long and open and the rooms were roomy! Clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. The only drawback was there was no a/c, but the owner came and dropped off 3 additional fans which made the house manageable. Also, lots of mosquitos! But not the owners fault. We enjoyed our stay.
