O que salvou foi a localização e a cama.

Atendimento péssimo, a recepcionista parece que está fazendo um favor muito grande para atender. Banheiro SUCATEADO, péssimo, pouca água no chuveiro, sem ducha higiênica.

La habitación fue confortable y estaba limpia.

La piscina está en malas condiciones (baldosas cortantes), por lo que se presentó un accidente y el botiquín que mantenían no tenía el insumo necesario para atender esto.

Good for the price I paid.

Room was spacious and the food was good enough. I'd come back and recommend it to others. Good for the price I paid.

The clerk at night was a little rude but staff in the morning was very friendly.

Place was good, I stayed 2 times, but the maid stole some money from my pants. quite a lot of money.

Breakfast was not good , it was many small cockroaches in the bath and WC , the bedding stuff and the pillows was old

Enjoy this trip it was an amazing experience i would surely come back.

The attention, the breakfast, and the comfort of the rooms is excellent.

It is important to remodel and improve the environment in terms of the smell of the hotel, since it smells old, and it is important to fumigate the entire hotel since it has several nests of insects, these are the only shortcomings, otherwise everything is perfect.

Good place to rest your head if you don't mind seeing critters.

Staff was nice.

Roaches in the bathroom, Roaches in the breakfast area(while eating a roach was on our table) , toilet not flushing properly, lack of variety with breakfast. In the night I heard scratching noises shined a light and saw what looked like mice. Pool area was extremely small and dirty. My skin was itchy everytime I laid on the bed. I wouldn't return and won't recommend. Elevator smelled disgusting and musty, so did the hallway and bedroom. I had to spray bath and body works to just stomach staying in the room.

Crests Inn The Hidden Secret.

Close proximity to the Metro Station.

There were roaches in the bathroom, we found one per other day crawling on the floor and in the shower. That was not a pleasant experience. The gym equipment was very old and rusty and some non functional.

Comfortable, friendly, great bang for the buck.

Wonderful staff. Owners always helping. Breakfast very good. Coffee great ! The cooks and helpers great.

The bed, the hot water of shower

Bad Staff, and they never follow the instructions of my reserve, i want a queen bed for me and my wife and when i go to the room i have a full bed, the phone doesnt have line and the frezeer have a water leak over the floor.

Room is big enough and bed is comfy. Breakfast was okay. Price - value hotel.

Room was not good clean. It just smelled heavily of bleach.. There were bugs all around the room. Wifi doesn’t work.
