Additional amenities include a spa tub and a full-service spa. Hôtel Quintessence offers 30 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature iPod docking stations and minibars. The Quintessence well lived up to its name! My family has been fortunate enough to stay in hotels world-wide, but this shall always be a favorite! We highly recommend this beautiful property and its wonderful staff.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a couple of weeks touring around Quebec. The hotel is stunning. The setting is beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and so friendly. The room was huge and so well equipped. Having a wood burning fire in a hotel room was such a treat. And sitting in a hot tub looking out at the frozen lake and snowy mountains was fab. Dined in the restaurant on our second night. Our server was lovely. The food was delicious - have the prime rib, you won’t regret it. Basically, it was so perfect, we didn’t want to leave and we will absolutely go back one day.

It was amazing to stay for 6 days, we really enjoyed first time to stay! Especially I asked the front desk to changed my room because the big tree block the nice view of my camera from the lake, they done it right away for us👍we were appreciated🌹🙏

The service here was impeccable. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. I do wish they would limit the age of guests to over 12 or so. I do not like to hear children yelling at 7 AM or at any time for that matter. Otherwise, great place and I plan to return as soon as I can.

We had the most incredible stay at the Hotel Quintessence! It’s in great location, cozy, and steps from the village. The rooms are simply marvelous… spacious, with a huge fire place and bathroom. Bath tube and shower are separate. The beds are comfy and with top linens. But we saved the best for last… but he services!! You don’t know what great services are, until you stay at the Hotel Quintessence. Very special thanks to the reception/ concierge, Sabrina/ Léa!! But honestly everyone was so great (it not even fair I don’t mention their names as well) — but I’m terrible with remembering names… sorry. Thanks so much, guys!!

Hotel Quintessence is without a doubt one of the most exquisite hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying. I can not say enough about the beautiful rooms, comfortable lay out, and cleanliness. But what makes this place truly special is the staff. Everyone from the parking attendant to the front desk to the spa was so incredibly friendly, accomidating, and helpful. My wife and I came here for a babymoon but I have no doubt this will become a regular visit for us. Hotel Quintessence is the truest 5 star hotel there is.

The view from our room, the spa and the restaurant terrasse was breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was superbe. Their new VIP pontoon is the most beautiful boat in all of Mont Tremblant. An added bonus was the fact that this year staff was hired from France which made us feel like we were in Europe! An excellent experience all-around! Un gros merci, Hôtel Quintessence! :)

I went during the off-est of off seasons. No skiing, no summer adventures - the entire town was either closed for business or operating at a bare minimum. That's exactly what I wanted. No crowds, no hassle, just a beautiful place in a beautiful hotel. The pricing of this hotel, despite over half the surrounding shops and restaurants being closed, is only marginally discounted during the off season. I could count the number of people staying at the hotel on my fingers, so perhaps that's why they couldn't afford a price cut. I don't fault them for this. What I do fault them for is the amount of amenities that were closed without compensation. Hot tub? Closed. Pool? Closed. Physical renovations happening all around the hotel. None of which was disclosed prior to check in. I had no choice but to pay $15 for valet parking 5 ft away from the entrance every day. Again, I understand in high season when they are bringing vehicles to lots blocks away. Finally - and this is the primary reason for my poor review - a $500 charge was placed on my credit card for a security deposit. Upon check out I was provided with a receipt saying that would be refunded in full. It should have occurred to me that at no point was I asked for my card to provide that refund. I contacted the hotel a week later to ask for my money back. It's now been another 3 weeks and I'm still out $500. Overpriced, mismanaged, and untrustworthy. I will never stay here again and I highly recommend you don't either.

Beautiful, clean, quiet luxury. We needed a break from life, and found it by the cozy fireplace in our room. The perfect private get away for a few days. We’ve been here before, and we’ll be back again. Thanks for being exactly what we needed!

The facility was excellent. Service absolutely exquisite. Some of the best tasting food I have ever experienced. I want to thank the chef one of the best in the world. Will be back again in September with friends for another wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous location, amazing architecture, in-room fireplace, luxurious bed, in-room whirlpool clawfoot bathtub. Anybody who complains about this hotel is seriously spoiled. It's amazing. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in my price, and that I was charged for parking without being warned of that when I arrived.
