Could not have chosen a better property to enjoy Christmas with family. Spacious, as new house, in a quiet location and close to the city centre. Would recommend this property and hope to get the opportunity to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. The photos don’t do it justice! Especially how modern, spacious and the natural light is. Perfect for any size configuration (single, couple, small family) All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed. Comfortable lounge and kitchen area. We did rewash a few of the cups and utensils etc Large TV great. Lighting fantastic. Very nice area. Park across the road. Easy to park in the garage. Will be great in summer with a table/chairs outside (hopefully?). An absolute gem of a property and will definitely book again. Thank you.

While this property is lovely and brand new with comfortable beds and great showers, the communication from the owner/manager was so appalling I had to mark it down significantly. Over the course of a week I emailed him three times to ask for a receipt for my stay to be issued. He ignored all three emails, didn’t even acknowledge them. I then had to spend almost two hours between Expedia, Stayz and VRBO trying to get help, which finally involved them contacting him to say he must issue me a receipt. I got the receipt 10.30pm on the night of my stay. There is a coffee pod machine but the pods provided didn’t fit. There was no sugar or milk at all. These must be considered the basics when you say you offer tea and coffee facilities. It was black Dilmah tea or nothing. Really not acceptable. I’m sure this place will be a lot better when Ryan finally learns to respond to emails rather than sending automatic ones saying “please reach out if you need anything” and then never actually answering. The one time he did reply was when I asked for the wifi password. That should be clearly displayed in the house or sent with the entrance instructions, I shouldn’t have had to ask for it. This terrible customer service really ruined what should have been a lovely stay in a beautiful home that offers good value. Such a shame. But it’s ridiculous to have to spend hours getting a fundamental like a receipt and poor to not have coffee, milk or sugar available when it is listed.

The house was great, it felt very new and clean. The windows let it a lot of great light and made it feel even bigger than it is. Being able to use the garage door remote for parking in the garage was fantastic. The area feels very safe, especially with all the little kids playing at the park across the street. The location is perfect, it is two minutes from a Coles grocery store and less than five minutes from down town. This gave lots of great options for take out and entertainment. Overall it was a great place to stay for 11 days.

House was lovely. Could do with a throw blanket for the lounge room as it was quite cold. Few extra blankets for the evenings over the beds too.
