This was a last minute trip and I guess you get what you paid for very disappointing stay carpet was dirty and everything in room was rusty and old not properly maintained. Also management as employees illegally in which by law they’re not suppose to is taking photocopy of guests Driver License upon check in.

It was very cheap, not very clean we were only provided 1 towel, no washcloths but we were just there to sleep so it was okay. The hotel is old and run down and the photos are not accurate of the rooms, parking was quiet impossible as well. So many cars you couldn't park anywhere near your room. It smelled terrible yet it said it would charge you for smoking, I think a musty smokey room would smell better than whatever that smell was. I went to use the one towel and the towel rack fell apart the second I touched it. It was good for a sleep but anything longer I wouldn't stay.

I was traveling on a budget, so I was shopping for rooms that wereabout $100/night. At that price I don't expect much. Nonetheless, this hotel was a disapointment. The worst thing was the smell. I purchased a non-smoking room, but it smelled like ancient cigarette smoke doused in Glade air freshener. The smell was so strong, it was hard to get to sleep. The bathroom was functional, but that is all. Photos on website do not show rust, missing trim, and a thick layer of white paint trying it's best to cover everything. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. The top of the headboard has a sticky layer of grime! The upsides: price, close to the airport, 20 minutes or less to downtown SF, and the front desk staff was efficient.

Never had the chance to stay at this hotel. Reserved a room from Monday to Wednesday. Called all day monday to let the hotel know we would arrive Monday after midnight/Tuesday morning, however front desk never answered until Tuesday when we got in from driving from Nevada to learn the entire stay was canceled by the front desk. And that we had no room through Wednesday. They told me that "expedia" would refund the stay since they were sold out. I began a support chat through hotels.com and they let me know they couldnt reach the front desk.... I'd like my funds back, please.

Check in was easy, requested an ADA room online but was not wheelchair friendly. My boyfriend could not get into the room on his own because there was a step up and his wheelchair was not having it. Upon entering, smelled like a smoking room, bed looked clean, pillows were small and thin. My boyfriend was able to get his wheelchair around the bed but was not able to take it into the bathroom area, so he was forced to crawl on the floor from the bath area entry to use the restroom, wash hands and had to pick himself up and over a step to get into the shower... let me say, he was not pleased. Luckily it was just for the night. Towels were small, the bathroom looked dated and the tv was stuck on one channel. Overall, if you're looking for ADA friendly, I wouldn't recommend, but for a night's stay it was okay...

First you stand in a line that’s out the door for 20-30 minutes, a line that feels very much like you are waiting to apply for food stamps or to apply for citizenship maybe. When you make it to the counter the lady puts on her arguing face and asks what you need, and she can’t wait to let you know that despite going over all the information they provided you on the site (no cash, must be card, $100 deposit) she will inform you that they don’t take your card (legit a full page of unnacepted credit and debit cards). I’m going out on a limb and guessing they get the $5 fee on the atm in the lobby. My first stay I left and went to atm and went thru the whole thing again. She kept my $2 change. As she’s giving my room keys and having me sign papers her demeanor is that of reluctance lots of attitude that I was able to jump her hoops? I don’t know just weird front desk experience. Second time I came with my cash and she charged a few dollars more than what it was supposed to be and said “oh well” when I showed her the confirmation and made me pay more. When you pay this low of price always smart to bring raid bug spray I did run into a couple of bugs but if you spray around the room before you bring in your stuff they usually don’t come in. VERY COMFORTABLE BED in both rooms I got. Very busy place with lots of international traffic! Next to loud very busy freeway. Even tho you have to travel through twilight zone to check in, seems to be good bang/buck.

Room was stuffy. You could smell it’s an old room. There was no chair to sit on. Phone was not working so you couldn’t even ring the Front Desk. No water provided.

I had a hard time getting the front desk on the phone from my room to ask if there's supposed to be a chair in the room.

Room is outdated. No chairs and only one waste basket in the room. Room needs to be renovated.

We arrived and were booked in a room that was still under renovations, which took about an hour to reconcile after driving 8 hours.
The other room they put us in was facing the highway and i didnt sleep a wink due to the noise.
Also, the toilet was "running" all night.

Location (close to airport) and shuttle were great. The room was brutal. Massive stains on carpet, doors/walls filthy, bathroom BADLY in need of any update, rust in the bathtub….and a cockroach….

The room smelled moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and have stains. The tub has rusty stains. The sheets were dirty and the sink was clogged. The front service person was not friendly. I made a point of saying Aloha to her. Since I noticed she had a flower in her hair. She completely ignored me.

Hotel also serves as parking for San Francisco airport - got to our room parked right in front of our room - went to dinner and when we returned there was no parking spaces left - we are handicapped and had to walk a great distance after finally finding a parking spot - if you check in you better not leave your parking spot or it will be gone!!!

Asked for an ADA room, they were out. ( Go figure)..i missed the safety of getting in/out of shower. Rooms have NO grab bars.. room beside me were dope heads, and smoked all the time. (hate that smell). You could hear them cough all the time!!
Now,, the shuttle service,, :45 means an hour!! And they have 200 rooms, 1 agent at the frout desk, expect a wait! Poor management for that!!

The place is old and the rooms have seen better days. The sheets and the towel (we only had one) were clean and white. The floors and carpet were dirty and old. The furniture didnt match. Its a good spot to recharge for the night but no more than that.

Good other than the water in the shower was only luke warm—definitely not hot enough for a good shower. Otherwise all was fine and room rate was reasonable

Property is beyond run down. Still looks the same as it did in the 1967 motion picture “Bullitt” with Steve McQueen. Room had a smoke odor and NO FACECLOTHS or bathmatt. Carpets had stains from the previous murders, and furniture surfaces were exceptionally clammy and gross. Won’t be staying here again.

No one picked up the phone when tried booking/checking airport shuttle to hotel.
Shower area drainage clogged.
Not enough luggage storage area. Was told it was full & we have to bring our luggage along wherever we want to go.
Bad service.

It gets the job done it's inexpensive and close to the airport. It's always frustrating when a hotel does not have plugs next to the bed so you can charge your phone. You're either charging it in the bathroom or you have to pull the bed away and unplug the lamps. Why don't they just put lamps that have quarter receptacles in them that would be a nice service

Check all the appliances to make sure they work before the guest checks in. I needed some hot water out of the coffee machine this morning and it didn’t work. TV had no signal last night. Making sure everything works make it much easier for the front desk that they don’t get calls or complaints

I had to complain about the 1st room I was placed in. The blankets were dirty. The shower & walls around the room, had broken tiles on the floor, there were lots of paint chips. They then put me into a 2nd room, which was the same. Finally they put me in a 3rd room, that was doable, but I will not go there again.

Lady named "You (Yu)" at front desk was very rude when I asked a sim[le question about the bill being more than I was told.

I'd been on the road for 3 months, but my experience at Travelodge, San Francisco Airport, was so miserable to say the least. My nightmare started at the front desk with the fat Spanish lady at the front desk, called Nelly. She was so rude, so unkind and so unfriendly. I was still digesting the shock of her rudeness to me, when I saw how she was treating other guests, Then I knew, I was not the only victim. That lady doesn't deserve to be in a public space. she forgot that the people she was constantly mistreating were the reason she had a job.
I was at the hotel for two weeks, and nobody, I mean not a single person showed up to clean my room. On the fift day, I went back to the front desk to complain, and I was told that rooms are cleaned only once every week, except when a guest requested. There and then, I requested, and yet nobody showed up.
The electric iron in my room was not working, I called the front desk for help which they promised to send, but they never did. when I paid for a cheap hotel, I wasn't expecting a five star hotel treatment, but definitely not the kind of experience I witnessed at Travelodge San Francisco airport. It was so appalling.

The 1st room I was in had a window that didn't close all the way. A pair of socks was put through the crack in the window and then that next morning I woke up to a mouse in my room. I was totally freaked out and discussed. Truly one of the worst experiences in hospitality Ive ever had.

Basic room. Comfortable bed, close to airport. A bit run down tho
