Had a great time at our stay, it was nice space in a great neighborhood. The only thing I would add is that some of the kitchen basics were not there like regular oil, wine bottle opener, and wine glasses but other than that everything was great! Would come back again

The apartment's heart is controlled by the upstairs unit. I called the property manager who came over quickly with some space heaters. Because there was no one in the upstairs unit, she was able to raise the temperature. The bathroom was very cold. Lighting in the bedroom is not great. There are lights next to the bed, but the rest of the room is dark. suggestions about local places for food, coffee would have been appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay in this cute apartment. It is a comfortable, well furnished space, with a convenient parking space and outdoor space. It is just as pictured. I’d definitely stay again!

This place feels like that time you needed to stay out of town and your great aunt offered to let you stay in her finished basement. When the basement was first finished your great aunt was ambitious about making it somewhere nice her nieces and nephews could visit so the living room and bedroom was done up. Then, over time, she lost steam and had her down-on-his luck neighbor finish up the kitchen and bathroom for a lower price. Nice enough for a relative to stay but the flooring and finishes are not as nice as the first two rooms. Location is good and easy to get in and out with plenty of access to Uber and Lyft. My issue with my visit is the heat is controlled by the upstairs unit - the property manager does not control via an app. My first few days the basement apt was cold. Then the next folks came in and they kept the heat so high I was woken up in the middle of the night over heated and sweating. The property manager could not have been nicer, or more responsive, but I found this to be flaw of the property and my overall visit. Outside space is nice and its a quiet neighborhood, walkable to some restaurants, which I enjoyed.

The pictures don’t do justice for this cute little cottage posing as a basement apartment. We were there because my husband had surgery scheduled at UW Medical. Upon arrival, we needed some help. The host responded within seconds and was exceptionally helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, paper towels, lock-n-lock containers, and nice pots-pans. It’s all super clean. The television works great. There is a washer/dryer available too. Plus, there is a standing computer desk with a monitor- this was a fabulous plus that helped me to not get behind on work for my remote job. Finally, the drive back and forth to the hospital was simple and about 8 minutes away. Also a Whole Foods market about 5 minutes away.

We travelled from Boston to Seattle to go to a convention and this spot was perfect for us. It was outside the main part of the city so it felt more peaceful than staying at a hotel. It was exactly as described, and great for my fiancé and I to unwind after each day. It was a mile walk to the nearest train station (we didn’t bother with a bus and like walking) which took us right into the heart of the city. Also, I have to give a shoutout to the water pressure in the shower. Wish I had that at home!

Great place to stay had no actual issues with the place. Our only issue was the place upstairs either had guest or was also rented out so we couldn't park in the driveway most of the time.
