This home includes 1 bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom and walk-in closet. It has a spacious living room with a queen size sleeper couch. Has a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a dining room. This home also has a laundry area. It also has a very spacious backyard.(Home is well cleaned and disinfected for every stay). *Highchair provided by request*

Neat and cozy, comfortable little house. Plenty of parking, nice to have kitchen and laundry in premises. Location is close to historic downtown and Old Town Mesilla.

We came to visit our grandson and family. We got to meet our 7 month old great granddaughter for the first time. This place was 3 minutes from our family. It would have been nice to have a couple of lawn chairs so we could sit out front. There was a picnic table out back but it is harder for my husband to sit on that. We will recommend this place.

Very clean, great bed, lots of light. Could not get tv to get anything but PBS. Contacted Martin who sent me a pic of screen I should be able to see. But, no. Just PBS. Asked him how I could reach this screen. No word back. Disappointing as I enjoy tv at night.
Nonetheless, was worth the price!

Property was clean and well maintained! The host had the air on for us-much appreciated after a long day of traveling.

A very pleasant stay: fully equipped, clean, comfortable. Martin is a great, communicative and responsive host.
Overall, I liked the location on the edge of town and it's mostly quiet at night, but there are a lot of dogs left outside all day that bark at anything and everything.

This was our very first experience with an extended stay in one location. We loved that this place is off the beaten path, easy to get to, neighbors friendly.
It was great to have a home in which to have ample space in which to
spread out for two weeks.
The bed was VERY comfortable, plenty of outlets for plug in technology, a greatTV, washer and dryer right there,

Provision of EVERYTHING one needs to live and cook for two weeks. It was evident that much thought was given to preparing this place for live in guests.
We left for several overnight trips and found everything safe and sound on our return.
We would return again.

Great stay and located close to everything we needed and wanted to visit. Responsive and friendly owner, and we enjoyed spending time in this house over the holidays. The kitchen was well-stocked and the snacks/drinks were very much appreciated.

Very nice and peaceful, I would add a highchair for infant, storage bags, foil, other then that perfect. Thank you so much.
