To the right, you will find the beautiful kitchen area equipped with an over-the-range microwave, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, fridge with built-in water/ice maker, and drip coffee maker. Beyond the living area at the back of the home is a glass door with views to the back leading to the screened-in back porch. With a wooded view, ample seating, and a coffee table, you will surely have a relaxing time lounging out with your family. Off the living room to the right, you will find the first primary bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a full-sized closet, and private porch access. A king-sized bed and ceiling fan ensures a relaxing stay and a restful night after a day on the beach or golfing. Off the living room to the left, you will find the queen guest room with a full ensuite bathroom (shared), queen bed, and ceiling fan.
