Dine at the formal dinner table for 6 and be sure to take advantage of resort amenities like the 18-hole golf course. This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the enclosed patio. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin xl beds and 1 queen bed. The bunk room also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Overall this place was really good. Super clean, comfy beds, family friendly, great location, check in and checkout was easy. A lot of things were great about it. But there was zero communication from the management company. You are asked to text them instead of messaging through VRBO which is a red flag in itself IMO. None of my questions or concerns before, during, or after our stay were addressed at all. Just texting into the void with no response. Luckily nothing too big went wrong or was broken. So if you are okay not having any support of thing s go wrong then this place will work for you too. Also no coffee or K cups to be found. BYOC

This golf condo met all our needs - a bathroom for each of the bedrooms, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, plenty of comfortable seating and a large table for shared meals. We loved how close we were to the shows, shopping and activities.

We really enjoyed staying here. We had one issue and the management were attentive and resolved it. This was on the 3rd floor, but the 1st floor was below the parking lot so stairs wise it was only one flight up. Very clean property. There were toys for kids to enjoy and plenty of space for our family of 10 to relax and eat. There was a pool right out front of the rental that wasn't listed as an amenity and we didn't end up using it. Many items in kitchen for cooking our own food. A/C worked great. We didn't have any noise issues from neighbors. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Would recommend splitting up showers for large families/group to ensure warm water for all. We would use this rental again!

There was about a 7 minute drive to everything we had planned. Great location easy to get in and out of daily. Close to Walmart and a coffee shop. The bedroom set up was perfect. Adults downstairs and kids up stairs. Everyone had their own bathroom which was fantastic. The enclosed balcony was great! Beds were comfy sheets were super soft.

The accommodations in the 3BR 3BA condo exceeded our expectations and was much more enjoyable and relaxing than any hotel has ever been. This was my first time to completely use electronic check in for anything. The system worked okay using text messages for the entrance code but I missed the personal touch of not talking to a human when we checked in.

We enjoyed our stay here at this property overall. However, there were a few issues. The upstairs plumbing was not good. Issues with the toilet. The shower heads are outdated. The master bath shower head is horrible. The light kept going out in the master bath as well. We ended up having to change it ourselves. The tub was slow to drain and then didn't hold water once plugged. The beds were comfortable. Overall, not bad. Just fix those things mentioned.

This property is in the perfect location. It was close enough to the strip but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. The place was really nice & the kids enjoyed the upstairs. There was plenty of room for our 3 families to come together & celebrate a birthday. Highly recommend 10/10.

This was an amazing rental! Grand Welcome did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and cared for. The rental was very clean and well-suited to accommodate our 7-person family. Its location made it easy and quick to get to everything we wanted to do in Branson. Chris from Grand Welcome called me shortly before we arrived on check-in day to give us a friendly, personal welcome and to let us know that we could reach him for anything we needed by phone. The Grand Welcome team even readied our rental by creating a welcoming ambience with music playing softly and lights turned on when we arrived!! We’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you, Grand Welcome, for a fabulous stay in Branson!
