The relaxing private front porch welcomes you to The River Birch unit. You enter the bright and newly renovated townhome and your eye is instantly drawn to the unique herringbone designed electric fireplace that holds a 50" Smart TV. There is a designated desk with plenty of outlets, and fast WiFi for you to work or play. The living space is bright and open to the eat-in kitchen featuring loads of storage, a bar that seats 3 and a dining set that seats 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials to get you started on your cooking as well as takeaway coffee cups. You will find an assortment of complimentary k-cups in the drawer beneath the Keurig K-Cup Duo. The doorway in the kitchen will take you down to the master suite, as well as the utility room with the washer/dryer, utility sink and ironing supplies. The lower level suite boasts a queen sized bed, 40" Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a nice closet with luggage rack and surprise built-in storage under the TV for all your belongings. On the top floor are two hotel worthy bedrooms, both uniquely designed, with queen sized beds. They each are outfitted with Smart TV's, blackout curtains, sizable closets with luggage racks, and hangers to stow your things. Off of the kitchen is a private back porch with a Juliette cafe set for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Just past your private porch is the common backyard with ample green space for playing games or lounging in the sun.
