You enter the bright and newly renovated townhome you are welcomed by the beautiful shiplap electric fireplace that showcases an authentic barn wood beam mantle and 50" Smart TV. There is a designated desk with plenty of outlets, and fast WiFi for you to work or play. The living space is bright and open to the eat-in kitchen featuring loads of storage, a bar that seats 3 and a dining set that seats 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials to get you started on your cooking as well as takeaway coffee cups. You will find an assortment of complimentary k-cups in the drawer beneath the Keurig K-Cup Duo, as well as local ground coffee if you would like to brew a pot. The doorway in the kitchen will take you down to the master suite, as well as the utility room with the washer/dryer, utility sink and ironing supplies. The lower level suite boasts a queen sized bed, 40" Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a nice closet with luggage rack and surprise built-in storage under the TV for all your belongings. On the top floor are two hotel worthy bedrooms, both uniquely designed, with queen sized beds. They each are outfitted with Smart TV's, blackout curtains, sizable closets with luggage racks, and hangers to stow your things. The largest bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan, which is located next to the light switch. The other bedroom has a small writing desk for you to have a second private working space within the townhouse. Off the kitchen is a private back porch with a conversation set for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Just past your private porch is the common backyard with ample green space for playing games or lounging in the sun. There is a common patio space with a custom built outdoor sectional and adirondack chairs so you can cozy up to the fire table, day or night! Guest access You walk through the charming stone archway and enter The Magnolia Jane through the door on the right hand side. Off the kitchen is a private patio space we hope you enjoy.
