About this condo rental

Located in Yonkers, this attractive condo for $148 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This unique place has a style all its own. Near Hudson River waterfront view. Metro North train station walking distance. Just minutes away from Manhattan. Parking garage in building. Your bedroom has a full size bed, 32-inch tv, two large windows, a night stand, small dresser, towels/sheets, hangers, hair blower, and iron. The bathroom has hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your use. The kitchen has anything that you would need to cook or dine -in. Make yourself at home! As a guest, you have full access to any space in the condo (except my own bedroom), as well as any of the amenities. This listing is for a private suite in the condo that has a bathroom inside the suite closes and locks which turns it into you own apartment. The host (me) is present on the other side of the condo in the second suite. We share only the living room and kitchen. Be sure to take this into account before you book, as you may only receive a partial refund for cancellations. 1. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the apartment. Guests are expected to smoke outdoors only. An additional fee of $200 will be charged to the guest for violation of this rule. 2. Identification will be checked just to insure the person booking is the actual guest. 3. No loud music, loud noise, parties or gatherings late at night is permitted.
