The staff was excellent. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. I left my iPad in the room and didn’t remember for two days after check out and they held it for me! Very safe and trustworthy.

We were greeted late at night by a super friendly young woman! The renovation that isn't quite complete was amazing, up to date, restful!

The Manager was very nice and accommodating to us, great customer service. Despite renovations going on, the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location close to the airport.
Some bushes or trees to surround the building and block the highway would be more inviting and appealing.

we needed a place close to airport, it fits the bill, clean, owners friendly, I wear ear plugs every night, there is a bit of traffic noise & person down stairs had tv on all night. owners said they’ll keep your car for a nightly fee if you’d like that, very few park & fly places in Eugene. we opted to airport park.
