Wow! I am at a loss for words! Our stay was magical. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and the warm, festive Christmas decorations along with the beautifully decorated tree was astounding. Our son proposed to his fiancé in front of the Christmas tree. The property was very clean, and easily accessible. All of the rooms were very spacious, and the game room was an hit among our kids. The host was very handsome and friendly. We would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area again.

Beautiful property!! Proximity to various beaches and UNCW is fantastic. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness and Wi-Fi speed. We were able to both take zoom calls at the same time with no issues. Looks like excellent supply of beach gear. Super comfy bed, interior decor was superb…we will look to book this one again in the future!

This house was perfect for our stay while visiting UNCW. Nicest house we have stayed at in Wilmington over past 2 years. Very clean, nice neighborhood, and excellent location to everywhere. We'll be back!!!! Thank you.

The accomodations were comfortable. It was home away from home after a week of service learning work for my group of youth and adults. Close to grocery stores made it extra easy to buy food prep items. Access to washer and dryers helped us get our work clothes clean and prepare for our return trip. The access to beach accessories for our group was an added plus.

Don's property was presented to please. From 5 screens, ~400 Mb/s Wi-Fi down-speed, to labelled light switches. Bathrooms both new, property recently renovated. Quiet neighborhood (but still white noise generators provided, though unnecessary), only 10 mins from the beach - boogie boards provided. Table soccer enjoyed by the family. Washer & dryer superb. Kitchen well appointed. Two living areas. Comfortable bedding. An easy place to visit again. All deeply impressed. Thank you Don. It was a model home for guests. I even took a few pictures to remind me of some home improvements ideas I could use myself to improve our family home.
