Enjoy the outdoors at the spacious deck with outdoor seating, a propane grill, and wonderful Lake Hamilton views. The large yard is shared with other guests and it reaches the shores of the lake, where a boat slip for one boat awaits. Inside, this modern retreat boasts two living spaces, each furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas. The main living space also features a smart TV with streaming services so you can curl up on the sofas and stream your favorite movie or series. The kitchen is well-equipped and open, offering all needed appliances and counter space to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and indoor and outdoor games. THINGS TO KNOW The slip is shared with another house, so please limit it to just one boat. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. This property houses two separate vacation rental units. This means that during your stay, there may be other guests occupying the second unit. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow travelers should you cross paths! The outdoor amenities including the dock, shoreline area and any other shared facilities are intended for the shared use and enjoyment of all guests from both units. We kindly ask that all guests respect the shared nature of these facilities and be considerate of others' experience. Dock details: Boat dock with safety railing. low temp composite decking and 8 folding cleats for 4 docking access points Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view from the back porch is great! Very spacious house. We got to pick out a different house when the one we had originally picked ended up with busted pipes. The downstairs is remodeled and very nice. Great bunk room if you have children.

When we got to our house at midnight that night the door was wide open with mud and dirt all over the kitchen

The house was exactly as described. It is an older home but has been refreshed. The upstairs and downstairs common areas are large so our large group was able to spread out as needed. The bathrooms are nice with the two downstairs being new. The appliances are older but that's not an issue for a rental. The gas grill probably needs some new components but works as it should. There is a "container" house directly in front so it does slightly obstruct the lake view (can't see the shared dock) but the view is still very nice. The dock is only accessible walking around either side of the other house and it's all grass, so we had to be careful when wet. It was a great price for a large group (11) . I would rent again at the price we paid.

The house had a easy location directly off Central Ave. The house was perfect for our crew. The young adults had plenty of room and beds to stay downstairs ( perfect, since they like to stay up later). All the beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked great, and just a 50 yard walk to the dock!

Our stay at the house on Lake Hamilton was overall very good. So much room to move around in. Only issues were Wi-Fi was extremely difficult to manage, as well as shared dock with guests staying at the other house on the property.

Great location, beautiful views, clean and comfortable. The two separate levels was perfect for our group. A great place for families or friends. Plenty of room and the views day and night are beautiful. Lots of parking and close to town and water sports. Good communication and quick response for questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The outside may not look much but is much cuter inside like in the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the stringed lights in the kid’s bunk-bed room. We are right off the main highway and close to the main attractions that we wanted to see.
