Nestled in Osterville, this lovely house for $2,420 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Starboard Retreat! With its expansive backyard oasis and close proximity to Craigville and Dowses Beaches, this spacious home is a summer paradise for beach goers and pool loungers alike. Overlooking North Pond, the backyard features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and fire pit. The four bedroom home sleeps 12 guests comfortably and is also our maximum occupancy. Each charmingly decorated bedroom comes stocked with new premium mattresses and high end linens. All bedrooms are apportioned with flat screen smart televisions on the walls. The first level king master features an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and oversized shower, full sized pull out sofa, twin sized pull out sleeper chair, walk out deck, and mini-gym with Peloton bike. You’ll love taking in the view of our private backyard oasis through our oversized walls of windows in the spacious living and dining rooms. On the first level you’ll find ample seating for all in the two modern coastal family rooms boasting a smart tv, kids play area, and the coziest couches and swivel chairs. There is a beautiful kitchen stocked with kitchenware and a dining space with seating for 12 along with 4 counter stools at the kitchen island. In the garage-game room, try your hand at a game of poker or shoot a game of pool or ping pong. You’ll have access to a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. The lower level features three additional bedrooms, two full sized bathrooms, and a living space complete with XBOX series X gaming console and 4 controllers. Sure to be a hit with the kids, the “bunk room” features twin over full and twin over twin bunks. Just down the hall, you’ll find two queen bedrooms adjoined by a pocket door. Starboard Retreat is conveniently situated between Mashpee and Hyannis, offering the convenience of larger town amenities, while maintaining the quintessential Cape Cod ambiance. *this is a Saturday to Saturday only rental from June 24-September 9* Home amenities: -Heated pool -6 person hot tub and 10 person dining area on the sprawling back patio -Outdoor kitchen with gas grill -Large fire pit area with Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying each other’s company -Pool table, ping ping table, poker table -Xbox gaming console with 4 controllers -Smart tv/Wi-Fi. Amazing vacation at a property that was just spectacular! We had several questions about the features of the house and the check-in process prior to actually booking the house, and the owners were very prompt and thorough in responding. The check in process was very smooth as our hosts offered contactless check in — awesome that the house featured a keypad to lock/unlock the front door so we never had to worry about carrying a key for the house. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The house was ready at the earlier check-in time which we requested in advance and the owners kindly accommodated. Our hosts were also gracious and provided us with some extra goodies such as San Pellegrino waters, candies and a Cape Cod cookbook! Not only were there plenty of paper products and a variety of coffee and tea for our use, but full size toiletries were provided in each bathroom. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything imaginable for a comfortable stay. The beds were all very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of towels, including towels for the pool. We also appreciated that the house had separate air conditioning controls for the main and bottom level floors. One of the highlights of our stay was the time we were able to spend together outside at the pool and hot tub. Great restaurants in nearby Osterville & Hyannis. Highly recommend this property and we certainly hope to be able to return again soon!

This property exceeded all our expectations! It was immaculately cleaned and maintained. Every detail was considered right down to toiletries and towels. We went prepared with our own beach supplies but everything was there waiting for us. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The lounge chairs and cabana were like being at a private resort. The home decor was like a magazine and the game room was such an added bonus. I could go on and on! Courtney and Bryan responded immediately to the few minor questions we had. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay longer!

This property is amazing, even more beautiful in person! The home is in a great location, close to shopping, dining and the ferry to Nantucket. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. The home is beautifully decorated without a detail missed. The pool was beautiful and a great backdrop for our evenings. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the fire pit or the hot tub because we ran out of time but both were located in comfortable locations and we were sorry we missed these amenities. We were a group of Mom's and didn't want to leave. A fun time was had by all, I'm pretty certain everyone said they wanted to return, either with friends or their own families. A great time was had by all! Bryan and Courtney were very gracious hosts, although we did not have any problems with the property, they were very responsive to the questions I had prior to our stay. Highly recommend this home!!!
