When leaving the unit, simply hit the lock button to lock the door. The entrance to the unit is located on the backside of the house. Walk around the left side of the house through the gate. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This property is a duplex and you will be renting the Downstairs Unit. The Downstairs Unit is totally separate and inaccessible from the Upstairs Unit (which is also an Airbnb). Shared Space: Each unit has its own private dining area outside but we do ask that the hot tub be shared with the Upstairs Unit guests during your stay, if the Upstairs Unit is booked. The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that can be adjusted remotely - message your hose with your preferred temperature. The house only has one thermostat so we try to keep the space around 70 degrees. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please!
