The noise of traffic all night, no soundproofing. Not the best accessibility wise. Distant from city centre. Not value for money.

Booked for attending a gig at the o2 academy - within walking distance so was ideal. Will definitely return as felt like

Loved it.

The location is great, there is a bus that takes you straight to the city centre. There is a big grocery store a few minutes walk away. Free parking in also great. The place was lovely, very homey, and comfortable. It was a relief to be there after a few very small hotel rooms and three of us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Not much I didn't like except it was noisy. You can hear the road and the apartment upstairs when there are walking around (bring ear plugs). A bin in the bathroom would be handy and a mirror above the sink instead of behind the door would also be convenient.

Great location for mt reason to be in Edinburgh

The cleaner was outside the living room window on her phone from 8AM!!! waiting for us to leave the premises which was'nt until 10am!

Bien comunicado y confortable.

Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de la ciudad. La parada del bus 44 está exactamente junto a la casa. También está el tren a unos diez minutos andando. La cocina está bien equipada, aunque echamos de menos vasos normales. Hay copas, pero nos daba un poco de miedo que se puedan romper.

No me gusta que admitan mascotas. Prefiero saber que no pueden estar los perros de los inquilinos anteriores. Me desagrada que pueda haber pelos de perro en las mantas o en las sábanas.

Muy contentos con este alojamiento

Buena ubicación con supermercado y paradas de autobús super cercanas y a 15-20min del centro. Decoración y material de la casa de calidad. Y una buena atención por parte de los anfitriones.

The best stay in Edinburgh by far (and we stayed in quite a few)

The place is amazing, really clean and with all that you need. We enjoyed everything (the place is in a quiet area, close to an asian restaurant (food was amazing and we did just a few minutes by foot), it is dog friendly and next to the woods wchich was great, there is a Sainsbury few minutes by foot as well.

Fantastic stay at a gorgeously historic property

The room is so beautifully decorated and it was so nice to settle in for the night in the loft area’s architecture. The historic property has its own parking area and it’s very quiet at night.

Very nice alternative to a bland hotel stay.

Very nicely done refurb. Lots of character. Comfy and airy. Everything you'd need. Beats a hotel room anyday.

The downstairs shower relied on a pump for drainage. Didn't seem quite up to the job. The location was a bit lacking in places to go, but it's only 25 mins to town on the 34 bus.

Decent place but a few additions/seating etc would improve it.

Very clean, comfortable bedrooms, near to supermarket.

Advertised as suitable for 5 persons, but only a 3 seater sofa. Not enough dinner plates, bowls etc for 5. No instructions for setting up sofa bed, working tv or cooker.

Perfect location for the DEVO farewell gig!!! It was a short walk along the river to the venue! Close to Sainsbury's very handy! Lovely and comfortable and clean!

Perfect for a couple of nights in the Capital.

It was very clean, a really nice modern vibe. Within the facilities they provided ice which was a nice touch.

Due to bad weather - the door banged a couple of times during the night from the wind. However bad weather is to be expected in Scotland :)

Great apartment close to groceries but far enough away from city to be nice and quiet:)

Charming, comfortable, clean & the perfect find !

Everything was perfect, slept great, able to do my laundry, right up the street from grocery store made it easy to bring back food (very short walk), the place was well decorated, well stocked on supplies, very clean, comfy beds and pillows, had all the essentials & management was friendly, easy to communicate with ! Loved this lil getaway ! :)

It was a great stay

The apartment was clean, parking place. We arrived early and the cleaning lady allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment (instead of l;eaving it in the car). Bus stop of the #44 in front of the house, nearby there's also the #34 so you have 2 options to reach the city center (25 minutes). Great accessories including a Lavazza coffee machine and a Bose sound system.

Very good

Beautiful apartment with good quality fittings and very comfortable bed.The sofa was also comfortable for sleeping so the premises were suitable for 3 people.

It was very close to a very busy road..No additional touches which had been mentioned eg toiletries would have been useful.Also no extras like milk or tea .Coffee pods did not fit machine and no rail in wardrobe and badly fitted screen on ensuite shower.Socket didn't work next to bed.Hopefully these things can be rectified.

We loved our stay here! The photos do not do this place justice, it is beautifully designed, modern and clean! It contained everything you could need and both the bed and sofa bed were really comfy.

Lovely apartment away from the crowds and yet not too far

Beautifully appointed apartment Lovely attention to detail Good location Communication could have been more efficient but eventually worked out

Hot water system in the shower extremely complicated to operate and no information available on how to regulate. Only 1 shower for an apartment servicing 7 people. Also heating imposible to regulate which ended up with an overheated apartment. Information on how to regulate this would have been helpful. As well as clear instructions on how to use appliances (dishwasher and washing machine) With international travelers ( we all know how to use appliances, but each country has its unique ways and clear instructions available would make for a smother stay where not so much time needs to be spent trying to work out things, rather more time to enjoy

Exceeded Expectations

Clean house, Spacious,the owner paid attention to details, spacious, not too far from the station, ASDA was a walking distance from the house, cooking equipment all available infact The apartment exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were very cold...I believe the heating system didn't work or we couldn't operate it. The living room had a very good temperature. Alot of duvets, so I didn't remember to call the host
