Located in North Eleuthera, this attractive house for $1,347 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Lavender Beach House. This stunning new luxury home is perched above a two-mile-long pink-sand beach with just 5 other houses along the entire length of it. Walk for miles, swim, snorkel, or enjoy the powdery sand of this pristine beach. WE HAVE JUST DISCOUNTED THE RATES BY $625 PER WEEK FOR NEW BOOKINGS FOR THE SUMMER OF 2024 ONLY. (Regular sumer rate: $3450 per week. Discounted rate: $2825 per week.) Step into Lavender Beach House and take in the sweeping ocean views from the great room. The luxurious modern kitchen is fully equipped and finished in white quartz and stainless steel. Appliances include a gas range and French-door refrigerator. The large quartz-topped island has seating for six. Lavender Beach House has two bedrooms plus a loft. The master bedroom has a king bed, an ocean view, and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an ocean view. The guest bedroom and great room share the second full bath. Above the great room is a loft furnished with twin beds. It’s a perfect hideaway/bedroom for kids and anyone else who can climb a ladder. From the great room, step out through the eight-foot sliders onto the deck with its sweeping beach and ocean views. The deck is furnished with a teak dining set that seats six. The steps from the deck lead down to the path to our deserted beach. Amenities at Lavender Beach House include AC throughout, WIFI (but no TV), washer & dryer, books and games, beach chairs and an umbrella. The house is equipped with a battery back up system to run the WiFi and lights in case of power failures. The Deck Restaurant is located at the southern end of our beach, a long walk or a short drive. (Hours are somewhat random, so call first!) Other restaurants within a 5 to 7 minute drive include Pascal’s, Leo Rose, Delish, and Mel’s Snack Shack. The village of James Cistern, a five-minute drive from the house, has three grocery stores and a liquor store. Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is a 10 to 12 minute drive to the south. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, a bank with an ATM, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it. The small Governors Harbour airport, with just a few flights each day and no jet flights, is just five minutes from the property. The much larger North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) is a 50-minute drive. Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly.

Wonderful beach house!

Wonderful beach house!

The house was perfect, everything new, equipped with everything you could wish for.
Great kitchen, super nice location right by the sea.
Communication with Linda worked very well, no questions remained unanswered, she was very helpful.
You should definitely rent a jeep or other car with 4WD, as the road to the house and also to most of the beaches of the island are quite impassable and not paved.
We had a Jeep and were happy about it.
If we should come to Eleuthera again, I would rent this house again!

Lavender Beach House was a very cozy and lovely styled home for our first time vacation on the island of Eleuthera! We loved this special place so lot. The sight from terrace and living room was very spectacular! Only the beach access was an adventure every day - it’s not easy to come down!
Thanks for a very special time with a lot of unforgettable impressions!

Lavender house is on a nice beach (airport beach) with plenty of corral heads to explore by snorkelling. The house is new, clean with a nice layout. As long as the winds are blowing, you can get a nice breeze through the house if you want.

Our experience started with Pam at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals working diligently to help find us a place that suited our needs. This house was exactly what I had imagined and was hoping for(clean, quiet, secluded and on the beach). Our communication with the property manager was easy. All of our needs were met and we were able to relax during our time there. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

A Relaxing Stay at Lavender

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed spending a quiet week at Lavender House. The location was easy to navigate and was convenient to Governors Harbour and James Pointe. The house was fresh and airy with direct views of the Atlantic. During our stay, we experienced refreshing breezes off the ocean strong enough to keep the insects at bay. We enjoyed watching a few storms, ships off in the distance, and a small shark making the rounds in the morning. The only people we met on the beach for the week were all neighboring homeowners. They were very friendly and helpful in offering recommendations on dining options in the area but were respectful of our privacy. The beach was simply amazing with pink sands and beautiful reefs for exploring. As for the home, it was perfect for our needs, newer build, and clean. Water pressure was adequate and having an outdoor shower was a nice discovery as well. The only suggestion we might add would be to place some sort of gate or netting at the opening to the loft. The loft itself was very cute but not a safe option for younger children with the current set-up. Overall, we would recommend this house and would love to return when visiting the area again.

Great house!

We had a great stay at Lavender house. The home was immaculate and fit the needs of my family of 5 perfectly. The owner and management company went to great lengths to ensure the home had everything that you would need on island. The furnishings and finishings were like new. The view off of the back deck of the Atlantic Ocean was fantastic. There is a path straight down to the beach which was nice and convenient. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off at the end of a beach day. The home has a full size washer and dryer which was great for our family. It was only 5-10 minutes from some great Caribbean beaches and Governors Harbour, so the location was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Paradise!

WOW! The Lavender Beach House and the magnificent miles of pink sand beaches within a few steps of the back porch were more than we could have ever imagined. My wife and I stayed at the house for two full weeks in December. The entire time we were there, we never saw more than 3 other people on the beach in a single day.
The house felt brand new. Very clean, plenty of cookware, glasses, beach
towels, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler.
Make sure to wake up early to see the beautiful moonrise and sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean from your bed.
Or booking process was seamless, and Linda was very attentive to all our needs.
This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely be back!
