Delight in watching the dolphins play in the sound which is a frequent occurrence spotted by many of our guests. You can also experience the incredible speed and power of the Blue Angels as they fly by on practice days. Plenty of guests also enjoy parasailing which is also a fun water sport to watch from the balconies of Aquamarine Bliss. Come inside and you will find true open concept living on both our 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor is located the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite, second bedroom with bath and the laundry room. The 1st floor open concept living area dining area opens up to a gorgeous covered balcony that overlooks the bay. Inside you have seating abound in the living room (pull out queen sleeper sofa) plus you choose between enjoying sensational views over the Santa Rosa Sound or a watching your favorite movies and TV shows from a 85” flat screen (mobile app ready) video streaming TV. The dining room overlooks the living area and has views of the water across the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and abounds with granite, stainless steel, and gourmet flatware/cutlery, glassware, and place settings for 22. beautiful living area that Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private dock. Walk into this amazing open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all in one comfortably stylish space. The master bedroom is very large with king bed and an immense master bath suite - it is the epitome of opulence. The master also has a large bean bag bed to sleep an extra person! The expansive master bedroom has sound views, a large master bath with large walk in shower and separate whirlpool tub, granite countertops, double vanity and separate make-up area. The large master closet, with built-ins, is truly impressive. From the master you have access to the outdoor deck and the indoor dining and living areas. The 2nd bedroom is very large also and perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 additional bedrooms, another large open living area (with pull out queen sleeper sofa and 2 pull out love-seat twin sleeper sofas), 2 additional bathrooms, and access to a 3rd covered balcony that overlooks the water also. From the 2nd floor living area you will again have to chose to either watch dolphins go by or your favorite shows because there is another large (65”) flat screen video streaming ready TV. The Dr. Suess bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin over full bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 guests! This room connects with the 2nd guest bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd guest suites upstairs both have a Queen bed. Oh – did we forget to mention – we have tile flooring throughout which makes for easy beach vacationing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hosted the whole family one day and had ample space for our big group. We enjoyed grilling hotdogs and burgers. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. The main floor is open and provided easy interaction among everyone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's pictures were accurate as to the interior of the home and the size of the space. We chose a beach house so we could stay in and prepare most of our meals. When we arrived, the microwave and clothes washer were broken. During our 7 day stay, the grill ran out of propane and the oven broke. During our visit, the refrigerator would alert us to high temperatures. The property management company were prompt to send maintenance over to handle each issue, but it appeared as if the property was furnished with used appliances with a very short life span. I would not recommend this property unless the appliances are completely updated.

The house was great but the dishwasher and dryer did not work and had to be replaced while the upstairs sleeper sofa was broke. They were all replaced but they would only do it while someone was there. I spent beach time every day dealing with something what a waste of vacation time

The property shows very well online. Great location; walking distance to beach; and spacious. However, in reality, all soft surfaces (sofa, chairs, beds, outdoor cushions, towels, bed sheets) were severely stained, overly used, smelly and uncomfortable to sit on, sleep or use. These are significant issues if you staying for a week(s). I recommend to the owner to change/ remove the soft surfaces quarterly off season or twice a year for tax write off.

We were in town to get married. The wedding party and I stayed at the beach house. We were married at the national seashore not far away. The house was clean and plenty big enough for the bridal party to stay and get ready.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aquamarine Bliss VRBO! We are a family of 7 adults and 4 kids age range 2-16 and had plenty of room to spread out. The views were great and the house was very clean. The house is in a great location, close to all the activities and the beach. We would stay here again :-)

The house is gorgeous and has tons of great space. Location is great too with direct access to the Intercoastal canal and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only issue we had is that the property lacks supplies. There are no beach towels available, no board games and they only have two beach chairs for a house that sleeps 13+. Other than this, we loved the house and our stay here!

This house was absolutely perfect for our ladies bachelorette party this weekend! The location was excellent, house was in pristine condition and the property manager was easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a brief issue with the condition of the pool, it was in need of cleaning as there was a decent amount of sand in the bottom. Management was easy to reach, and they had someone out the next day to clean. The location of the home is wonderful! Having access to the bay was perfect, and a super easy short walk to the beach, food, shopping, and entertainment! We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquamarine Bliss! We had a large group of 6 adults and 12 kids and the house accommodated is perfectly! The only thing I would recommend is curtains in the upstairs bedrooms to block out the strong sun coming through the blinds in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at Aquamarine Bliss! While there were minor things I'd change (more kitchen utensils/pans/pot holders (for taking pans out of oven), better cushions for patio furniture), none of it got in the way of everyone having a wonderful time! House was clean and spacious, pool was great and the location to the beach, food, etc. was perfect. We saw dolphins daily in the bay and loved watching all the other wildlife from the dock/floating in the bay!! Will definitely stay here again, thank you so much for all the memories!!
