Beds were very comfortable.

Had to make a last minute trip to Las Cruces for a family emergency. Was thankful to find this home, in close proximity where we needed to be with family. House was very clean and cozy, and out back had an amazing view of the city, especially at night! Neighborhood was nice and peaceful, and Marco (our host) was very responsive, when we needed him. Absolutely would stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others!

Our mini vacation was by far the best. Marco was extremely responsive regardless of the time he was literally 1 txt away. Space was amazing, home was very clean and equipped. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe

house was kept up mostly with a few items that need repairs or replacement. guests must bring their own soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. not furnished by host. no extra bedsheets or washcloths provided. ie; if soiled, no replacement available. neighborhood was quiet with excellent view of the city lights at night and view of the valley during the day. house needs a few details remedied to make this an enjoyable stay.

It’s an open airy space. Great for a dog
There is a wild area behind the property. U can acces it from a block or two away. It has paved paths perfect for walking our dog. Great view of downtown las crueces.
They had an ironing board but no iron.
We wanted to iron clothes. So texted them inquiring about iron maybe we couldn’t find it.
They said no problem. We will go to target buy one bring it to u. They did !!
So great communication. Then we were able to iron our clothes.
If u r there on a Saturday check out the farmers market. Very fun. Food entertainment and crafts. Also the organ mountain national park was very intresting. A great New Mexico experience.

... and beautiful views. There were a few things that needed some attention and I shared these with Marco. We really enjoyed our visit to Las Cruces and this house certainly contributed to that enjoyment.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping, Mountain View hospital. Easy access to NMSU. Would stay here again
