About this cabin rental

Situated in Fort Payne, this attractive cabin for $198 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby. Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods! This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2022. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances. We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so! Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend! This cabin has a king sized bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. Things you should know! All sheets and linens are provided. We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started. According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags. We do not provide any toiletries at this time. Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

Two days before suppose to check in i sent host an email about the possibility of checking in a little early i did not receive a message back until an hour before check in so i was not happy with that. The pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on the mattress is only about 1 inch thick and there really wasn't any linen for the bed. The cabin itself was nice but i am not sure if i would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time looking at fall colors, hiking the trails and soaking in the hot tub. Cabin is perfect retreat for a couple with all of your basic needs handy. Sitting on the back deck reading in the afternoon can’t be beat. Loved the serenity that surrounds this cabin area as you can hear every forest sounds without the intrusion of heavy traffic noise. We will definitely try to schedule more time at Fox Hole. Thanks, Quincy for such a lovely stay.

I rented Coyote Den Cabin a couple of months ago and loved it, so I tried out Fox Hole near it. This one was just as nice. Very new cabin, super clean, pleasant decor, and with some privacy. It is extremely quiet at these cabins in the woods, which is what I loved and needed.

We had a great stay at our cabin. The cabin was very new, clean, appliances and kitchen were top notch and the relaxing hot tub was the best! Being in the woods is just good for the soul.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet at this cabin so much. It was very close to Desoto State Park and not a far drive to Ft Payne. We had good communication with the owner and the cabin was comfortable and clean.

We had a very relaxing stay. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and secure cabin in a quiet, serene area. This is our second stay in this group of cabins and we are once again very pleased. Close to area water falls, hiking, downtown Ft. Payne, and Mentone.
