Great spot and alex was so kind!!

I really liked the unit and the location was fantastic. It was very clean and the hosts even left a bottle of wine for us. The hosts were also very friendly. I only gave the check in process three stars because, on my particular trip, the link that would include the code to get in was not working on Vrbo’s site, so it was a little more difficult to get the access code for the unit. I think that might’ve been a unique glitch, though. Otherwise, the lock worked perfectly and it was easy to get in.

This studio apartment was in great shape and in a great location for food, shopping, and beach access. Everything was clean and well cared for and we had all of the amenities we needed for a multi-day stay. Alex was easy to communicate with and quickly answered all of our questions.

The studio was exactly as described and pictured online. The owner was very responsive and helpful, even giving me the heads up regarding First Friday on Abbot Kinney as an event to check out on the first night of my stay. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. I didn’t have any issues with noise. The bed was very comfortable and the two fans came in handy on warmer days. Thanks, Alex!

Pros: Location -> this is my old neighborhood :: Hama Sushi is a life-long favorite of mine! Thoughtful / Clean accommodation No Keys! Surprisingly easy parking (except weekends) Super comfy bed Cons: Noisy :: part of this due to location / drunk, late night folks :: weekends were particularly problematic. I had to get out of bed at 2am (after an already noisy night) due to someone having a party in their van : that was the last night. Neither myself or my guest got any sleep to speak of. Guests next door / upstairs (same unit?) > sounded like a pack of small elephants and their dog with more than one friend yelling from downstairs about how to get in. The back ‘door’ has zero sound insulation - a proper door would help to mitigate that :: thankfully you only hear that (entrance) till they get to their accommodation. So, mixed bag

Spent 4 great nights here in September 2023, to celebrate 40 years together with my wife. Venice has so much to offer: food, beach, fresh air, skate-park watching, and many more. This place is minutes from it all. It's small but complete and the owner is super responsive. Hope to come back.

Fantastic little place in a very walkable part of Venice. Highly recommend.

Perfectly situated a short 5-10 min walk to Abbot Kinney, beach, & many restaurants. Easy check-in, fast communication, and street parking complemented a very comfortable studio setup and amenities (kitchenette, seating areas, etc.) for my husband and me. Two fans allowed us to take advantage of the cool, breezy evening weather indoors—A/C was not missed during our early Aug trip. Would stay again!

We didn’t know anything about Venice and could not be MORE HAPPY with the location. It was beyond excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinny Blvd. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Fan were provided since there’s no AC. It only got muggy one night but putting a fan in the window solved that. Had everything we needed for our stay!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was ideal. Perfect walking distance to the Venice Boardwalk and Abbot Kinney Blvd. The size of the property was very nice. Everything inside the property was very clean and spa like. The owner communicated with me before my stay and throughout the week.

We had a fantastic stay! Great location between Abbot Kinney Blvd and the beach. Enjoyed drinks in the rooftop at High! Quiet area. No problems finding parking even on a holiday weekend! Alex was a great host & responded quickly. We would recommend and stay again!

Our stay here was great. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful- very close to the beach and Abbot Kinney and felt safe. Parking was not an issue- there is plenty of street parking. Alex was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The only downfall is that the back wall is actually a sliding door that is bolted. Therefore, you can hear the neighbors very prominently when they are doing laundry or entering or exiting the property. However, they are not able to enter and was only a minor issue overall. It just threw us off guard but overall was a wonderful experience and value for the money!

Wonderful stay at the Windward condo. It was close to the beach and beach activities, restaurants, coffee shops. A lot of places to walk to. The condo was well set up. It was very clean. A comfortable bed and pillows, plus some extras like coffee, plenty of towels, bathroom extras. A quiet place in the front for early morning coffee and reading. When staying here you will have a wonderful stay.

The location was great and it was easy to access everything. Very clean and organized but the bathroom felt a little tiny. Bathroom door also didn't shut properly. Also a little noisy at night from people on the street sometimes. Overall a pleasant stay though I can't see myself staying here for more than a couple days for the price.

Absolutely amazing location, and very cute little bachelor suite. Plenty of noise from the other units, so bring earplugs or watch a movie or something when things get loud. Really great host.

Good vibes, great location

This is a perfect little place for a base in Venice. The location could not be better! Easy to walk to all the nearby places, felt really safe, found parking whenever we needed it. The space is small but has everything you need including a very comfortable bed and a comfortable couch. Basic kitchen set up (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge) for making breakfast and late night snacks. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would happily stay here again!
