Situated in Canon City, this charming house for $147 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come stay at our spacious, 3 bedroom hidden gem home close to the heart of Canon City. Centerally located & close to all the attractions Canon City has to offer. Walk into a fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal, make memories, play games, or relax in your designated reading space! Visit in the back yard, viewing deer that stroll by to enjoy a fallen apple or a blooming flower. Located within 1/2 mile of downtown, .3 miles to River Walk access & trails. FREE Off street parking w/carport. The home is located on one of the main arteries in Canon City. This can be a nice feature as it is nestled literally in the middle of a happening scene. It can also bring the sounds of the hustle and bustle of the street in front of the home. The guest manual/house manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, WiFi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area. This home has a boiler/radiator heat (operated by the Nest thermostat in the living room). There is also a mini-split unit in the dining room that is used for AC and for additional heat if needed. The remote for this unit is located on the wall next to the light for the dinning room. Smoking is allowed outside. No marijuana products to be brought inside the house/apt. If the house/apt smells of marijuana and mitigation is required, there will be an additional fee. We do not allow late check-outs. There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and do not chase them. Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :) Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. Thank you! Check-in instructions will be sent the morning of check-in. We would suggest that you download the Airbnb app before traveling as this is our primary method of communication and all information about the listing can be found in the app. I am available in person, by phone, text or email to help make your stay the best experience possible. I like to give my guests privacy on their stays unless they indicate otherwise (i.e. looking for recommendations, adventures, local guides, etc.) I live close by and can address any concerns quickly. I also have a local co host (Brooke) who is also a Superhost who assists me as well to make sure your questions or concerns are answered efficiently and accurately, as we understand you are traveling away from home your home. We truly want your experience at a furnished home to be relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Guests have access to the entire home. The home has well lit alley access only, providing a private and main entrance in the back of the home. There is ample parking with a carport in the back of the home as well. All parking is for private guest parking use only, so you will not need to worry about having to try to find a parking space when returning home from your adventures day or night. Our property is remodeled from top to bottom and includes all the amenities you could need which makes it a home away from home!! The back patio allows for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink (or smoke) in the evening or just to sit an enjoy the Colorado air. No pets are allowed in this unit, and we do ask that you take your shoes off in the kitchen (hard wood area) and not wear them on the carpets throughout the house. There is an additional air mattress in the closet of the front bedroom and sheets can be found under the bed in the room off the kitchen with the yellow radiator. Blankets and pillows can be found in several of the closets. We host traveling professionals for 30+ day stays. Please inquire for options for your extended stay needs. The house is alley access only as 9th Street runs in front of the house with no turn in. You can either turn east on Mulberry Ave, and take the first right (by the blue metal dumpsters) into the alley and head south until you see 734 on the brown carport on the right. Or you can take 9th street to Park Ave, turn east (left on Park) and turn into the alley (first left after turning on Park Ave). The address is clearly seen in fluorescent green paint on a brown carport and 2 address signs on either side of the driveway. Second house on the left. Backdoor is watermelon (reddish orange color). New wood privacy fence around back yard! The back of the home has a carport and plenty of off street parking in the rear of the home. All parking is private guest parking use only, so you will not need to worry about having to try to find a parking space when returning home from your adventures day or night. There is currently one EV charging station at Pueblo Community College - Fremont Campus in Canon City. It is on the North side of the building. Address is: 51320 US-50, Cañon City, CO 81212. More stations are planned to be installed downtown Canon City soon.

This is such a cozy property. It was in a central location. The property was very clean, and well stocked. It was nice knowing where everything was located in the cabinets. We stayed with our two 14yr olds, 5yr old, and my husband and myself. It was perfect, and we all had enough space to relax.

My first time booking on VRBO. My family really enjoyed this house! It was exactly what we needed. This central location allowed us to do several daily excursions and come back to a comfortable, clean, well-stocked,cozy home. We had everything we needed! We so appreciated everything! The house was perfect for our five member family. 3 bedrooms provided plenty of privacy. I always book a place with at least 4-6 table setting because we enjoy playing cards & games as a family. The family room was also a big plus because we were all able to sit & watch a movie together at night. Great location & community close to several activities & restaurants.

This clean, comfortable well appointed home sits on a busy street, but parking is behind the house and it is pretty quiet. Modern amenities and everything we needed for an overnight stay warm there. Close to downtown and quick access to main highway through town made it convenient to access and a good base for my friends. Owner was very responsive. Thanks.
