We had a great time! The house is perfect, welcoming and comfortable. I have 2 grown boys who really appreciated the king size beds! All the little touches make it feel like home. Location is fantastic. We were back and forth to Franklin in 7 minutes. Heather is a wonderful host. She is kind and takes pride in making sure guests are happy. Highly recommend staying here.

Loved this property! Very close to Publix, and a very short drive to downtown Franklin. House had everything we needed and more. My son really enjoyed the game room/garage.

3 adults stayed for a week while attending a horse show at nearby Brownland farm. For us the location was perfect- very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a great grocery store. The house is charming, comfortable and very clean. All three bedrooms have comfortable king beds. We especially loved the three season room with the thoughtful lap blankets and the fire pit surrounded by fairy lights. Already planning to stay here again when we are back next year.

House was perfect. Beds are so comfortable. Laid back and quiet neighborhood. Didn’t do too much in home other then breakfast as we were gone all day. But such great communication. The owners left us goodies and a gift after learning of our dog passing before we came! We were so blown away. Just all around great! Would stay again for sure. My only thing I wish they had were more hangers for closets. But again we were so busy it wasn’t a big deal. Can’t wait to return

Our hosts were considerate of touching details provided for our stay: a snack basket, coffee and creamer, firewood for the fire pit, bug spray, and roasting sticks. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the game room, screened in porch, and outside fire pit. Very clean. Highly recommend this rental.

We stayed at Franklin, My Dear while we were attending The Pilgrimage Festival and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of space, beds are comfy, easy access to the house and on a beautiful quiet street. The backyard was super dreamy. We did try to have a bonfire in the pit provided, but for the life of us couldn’t get it going. We’re from California and everything is dry so we usually can get one going pretty quick, but the moisture in Tennessee is a different breed! But it was still nice to just sit in the backyard under the string lights. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone coming to visit Franklin!

Heather was wonderful to communicate with. The house is stunning- so clean, well equipped and the yard is so cute! Fire pit and Adirondack chairs were perfect for our group. Lots of dishes, pots/pan, etc. One of our favorite rentals ever. We stayed for CMA Fest in Nashville and it was a quick 25min trip which allowed us to stay in a safe area and away from the chaos of the city.

This house is so comfortable and cozy. Has everything you could ask for to make your stay special. Heather and Josh were amazing hosts the entire time. We loved staying at Franklin My Dear! It was a quiet neighborhood, a beautifully decorated home and very nice inside and out. Very comfortable beds and everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Nashville.

Thanks for a wonderful week celebrating our birthdays and 50th anniversary. We felt welcomed with the smores basket, amenities and lovely home to relax in. Your home was just as described and the porch and outside fireside was an extra special treat. Great location to everything and Franklin was delightful. Hope to return very soon.

We had a fabulous trip in Franklin. The house was wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Loved the sunroom and outdoor space. The host was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend. Our best VRBO rental by far.
