The host was extremely communicative and friendly! Allowed a late checkout which I very much appreciated. The property was pretty close to the Bills stadium, which is what we needed. I would have left a better review, were it not for the condition of the apartment. There were several small issues that added up to become annoying. More than half the light bulbs were burnt out, the towel racks in the bathroom were broken/missing and there were no hand towels anywhere (kitchen or bathroom), the curtains were broken and hanging halfway down the window. If it weren't for the stove top light, there would have been zero functioning lights in the kitchenette area (main light was flashing like a strobe light when it worked at all). Overall it suited our short term needs for cheap, but the small things were a little frustrating.

Place perfectly suited my needs…communication was great, bed was comfortable and had plenty of room…If I had any complaints it would be that the shower was a little small and there was no TV…but considering I didn’t spend much time in the room, that was a non-issue…would definitely stay there again!

the property is located in a decent neighbourhood but the exterior of the property can be off-putting. the unit itself is located in the basement and there is a side door to enter the basement. the unit is as described and matches the photos, and much nicer than the exterior of the house! it was overall worth the price paid.
