Just pay the extra money to stay somewhere more convenient.

This establishment boasts an incredible location and has the potential to be something truly remarkable. However, it's evident that the key missing ingredient here is effective management. The prime location alone could be a game-changer, and with the right management team in place, this place could easily transform into a top-notch destination. It's clear that there's untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. I'm hopeful that the management will recognize this and take the necessary steps to realize the full potential of this place, which could result in a much more satisfying experience for guests.

My recent stay at this location left me with mixed feelings. While it boasts a prime location and great potential, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the advertised Wi-Fi was virtually nonexistent in the rooms, which is a major inconvenience for someone who relies on a reliable internet connection. Secondly, the place was marred by litter, which gave off a negative impression of cleanliness and maintenance. Furthermore, the reception experience was less than ideal. I had to endure lengthy wait times just to check in, which was frustrating. Additionally, the laundry prices seemed inconsistent, with different rates quoted on separate occasions, making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It's unfortunate because with some minor changes and better management, this place could truly shine. Its prime location and potential are undeniable, but these issues left me with a less than positive impression. I hope the management takes these concerns to heart and works towards unlocking the true potential of this establishment.

Tolerable hotel

Room was kind of cool with sea view in balcony. Hotels beach is very good, you can sea a lot of different kind of fishs. They're giving free equipment if you're like one or two. But the lifeguard is working until 6pm and he doesn't want to work more. Reception guy is very helpful but they're also trying to cheat people sometimes.

First of all, all the foods are horrible and restaurant was very dirty. Even chairs and tables weren't clean. Room was not totally clean also. There are a lot of ants and mosquitoes. Bathroom was old and there is leak somewhere. So after we take a shower, all floor is wet.

Good deal, but not secure or safe for solo female travelers.

Obvious security flaws and vulnerabilities. Many rooms were broken into at some point, and you could open doors with a credit card or screwdriver. There are signs this was done in my room and rooms around mine. And then the peepholes were painted over, which then states this is deliberate and not an single incident they had there. Besides this glaring issue, the location was difficult to find without assistance, as in this app it shows it as being in the middle of the Bay.

the hotel is in a very good location. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They helped us with everything,that we wanted and needed.

The rooms are not very clean, and there are too many mosquitoes, There must be mosquito repellent in the rooms.

Very goog for the money The location is the best. Near the Bay and with a wonderful view of it. The staff is very helpul, friendly and polite. The manager (Bahaa), the restaurant guy (Yaser) and the lifegard (Ahmed). The private beach is a wonderful spot to snorkel. 5 stars experience.

Too hard to find the hotel. Too hard to get to the hotel from main street cause it's located on a hill. All the furniture is way too old. It's 1.11 am now and I'm writing this review instead of sleeping, because the sound of very very old A/C doesn't let me fall asleep. If i switch it off and open the window - dozens of mosquitoes comes inside.
