Very clean and new. The shuttle was terrific.
Absolutely loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The two sets of washers and dryers were a big bonuse.
Furniture was very uncomfortable though it was nice looking. Beds were ok not the worst. The neighbors were going all night and there’s no one to call late at night.

Facility was clean snd location was perfect.
No shades in the windows. Couch wasn’t comfortable and pans were tiny. Not big enough to cook for 10 people. And not enough pans. We tried cooking spaghetti & meatballs and only had one 3 quart pan.

It was new, facilities were very nice and clean.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well as the living room furniture. The facilities were new and very well done, but it seems the furniture beds/couch were on the cheap uncomfortable side. It was also a bit of a walking distance from the boardwalk, but they offer a free shuttle service.

I liked the:
Condo layout ( open concept)
Cleanliness
Your own parking garage
Only 3 blocks from the boardwalk
Pool
BBQ area for fun cookouts
I can not express enough that Everything is clean and new!!
The only thing I didn't like was:
We stayed on the top floor
At night, the hallway lights would be off and the only way to turn them on is to run downstairs with my flash on my phone to navigate to the exit to turn the automatic lights on.

Brand new; good amenities; good location
needed basic cleaning supplies; wanted us to vacuum but no vacuum; in bathrooms should have bath mats; floors very slippery after shower; better window shades to darken rooms; garbage bags in kitchen

Everything
Unable to lock door due to no key and no key code lock for back door when in the pool area. Could lock from the inside only.

Nice property setup with pool in the center. Having many bedrooms and bathrooms was the greatest. Garage is a big plus.
Need shades in the windows. Can see in other room which means they can see in yours. Very bright int the rooms at 5:00am.

Had a great vacation.

It was brand new which has its pros and cons. No wear and tear anywhere. There were smudge marks on the tvs, appliances and cupboards and the floor had a couple left over glue on it. All the appliances had plastic still inside, thankful we checked out the oven before we used it. Same with zip ties in the dishwasher.
Con, the windows had sheers put up on cheap rods that bent with the weight. They were put up just as we checked in. The windows have no blinds. So, no privacy. Make sure you change in the bathroom…we could see straight into our neighbors rooms and they could see straight in to ours.
There is very minimal housewares. No serving utensils, nor platters or large dishes, no pitchers for drinks.
As for the management, definitely needs to improve customer relations/service. We stayed when Wildwood lost their electricity and the staff did not give us any information from the electricity company about restoration. All our calls went to voicemail. We could not get into our garage because NO ONE knew the code to use the side door to get in. Took 24 hours before the office called for a company to drill into the garages to release the doors…since no one on property or by phone knew how to open the side garage doors.
24+ hours of no electricity and not an offer of refund for any part of the stay was offered.
The pool is another complaint. Looks great in pictures but in person it is dirty. The water was cloudy and gross. Maybe it’s from all the sunscreen and little kid pee, I don’t know but it was gross.
On Pacific Ave, the building was 3 feet short from the curb. Everyone we spoke to, ended up getting a courtesy ticket for blocking the sidewalk. The garage is a very slim one width garage.
A lot, see above.

Extremely roomy and overall a very nice unit. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. It was pretty short walk to the main part of the boardwalk which was great.

It truly felt like home. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived a bit earlier than we expected and they allowed us to check in before the set time. We are looking forward to staying here again!
Since it was brand new, some of the amenities weren't completely ready, which is understandable. However, any time we asked about them the staff was extremely helpful in either getting it ready for us (hot tubs turned on, for example), or letting us know the status (fire pits weren't ready yet). Still overall an amazing stay!
