Designed for family and friend getaways, this home has an incredible backyard with a sparkling pool and an in-ground spa, and inside, you'll find a ping pong table and arcade game. You'll find sweeping white granite countertops in the kitchen area, a beautiful light green tiled backsplash, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large island with a breakfast bar for three, and a rustic-chic table with seating for eight. A washer and dryer can be found in the home's half bath. There are two primary bedrooms, one on the second floor and the third! Beautifully decorated, the primary bedrooms feature premium mattresses, TVs, balconies, and stunning ensuite bathrooms with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Each of the guest bedrooms are appointed with TVs, crisp linens, and adorable beach decor. A hall bathroom on the top floor has a shower and tub combination. Inside is a closet full of beach toys and chairs, as well as a ping pong table and classic arcade game with over 200+ games. - This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. In Anna Maria Vacation's continuous effort to bring only the best quality experience to our guests, we are proud to offer a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you with high-quality linens; including bedding, bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology. This property does not allow pets. 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Anna Maria Vacations, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. Location is great however as previous guest meintioned the house needs a better cleaning and some maintenance. It was not throughly cleaned and the walls and cupboards were chipped and full of hand prints etc. The pool was dirty upon arrival and it was multiple days before someone came by to clean it. I had asked about sun exposure and was told you did get some mid day however the pool does not get any sunshine though out the day while we were there in NOV. It’s a spacious house and a bit of tlc could go a long way.

We loved our two week stay here, but I would definitely recommend that the owner make some easy updates. The house could use a deep clean. The vents are very visibly dusty and every nook and cranny could just use a thorough clean. The paint is also chipped in a lot of places and could use a refresh. I would highly recommend a sectional sofa in the main living space. The seating isn’t suitable for multiple families. Outdoor space is very nice, but beware you will get little to no sunshine. It’s all shaded. The shells around the pool and yard could stand to be washed and or replaced and the pavers power washed. This house is fantastic for multiple families because of the multiple floor master suites. Be aware of all the stairs if you aren’t able to do a ton of stairs. The management company for this property is fantastic. Super responsive and kind.

A few suggestions: More seating in the living room - it only seats 4 comfortably Larger water heater - Only 2 people can shower The beds are very uncomfortable More silverware for large groups Management was great!
